Friendly, helpfull staff! Well organized and willing to think with you.
Nice room with small balcony. Comfy (hard) bed and good pillows. Mini fridge, TV and desk with mirror...
4 towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap. Daily (good) cleaning (and flowers on my bed) WiFi in the room (comes and goes, but mostly good
Asked for a sunny balcony and got one of the few without sun :-( 2 outlets: 1 near the toilet (?) Can be noisy from the terrace downstairs. Good pool with shower en sunbeds. Many options to sit outside. Breakfast is okay. Lunch and dinner not a lot of vegan options. When they where out of things I can eat, they offered me the buffet for a very reduced price. Good move :-)
Environmental friendly: washing towels on the floor and lights with sensors in the hallway
Hammam, massage, madi / padi, beauty and hair salon ATM in lobby Guards in front of the door
Stayed with my girlfriend for 7 nights. Staff is nice and helpfull. Room was clean and nice for the money. Only problem was some work for about 5 days from 9:30 am it was rly noisy...
We didnt complain but its something that should not be happening.
So this hotel after looking at the pictures, it looked decent, when we come here it looks really bad, it's more like a haunted hotel. The manager at night promised we will get better rooms in the morning, as the rooms where very small and not clean and old, in the pictures it looked better. So I go to the reception in the morning to change the room, and they say we cant as it's all the same, the lady manager was rude and not helpful, and was stubborn, the hotel is awful , there is no room service at all, and it's just a bad atmosphere, really disappointed, I would really want a refund or and upgrade as I feel I was deceived,...
I would never recommend this place to anyone, so many better hotels out there and this isne the one. Specially if u come from overseas you expect some standards which this hotel dosent have.
well here I am again just back from Agadir & my favourite hotel there Oasis I have tried other hotels in the resort but always return to the Oasis even on one trip a few years ago midway through my trip?! As usual the staff there were brilliant they are by far the hotels greatest asset & should be acknowledged as that. There are a lot of changes going on in the Oasis at the minute on my trip before this one they were totally revamping the dining room it is now completed and looks fab, however this is just the beginning anybody who has stayed in the Oasis in the past would have to admit that the bedrooms needed a revamp well watch this space the work has begun on the 4th floor & to say it is an amazing job is not doing it justice, the director of the hotel Mr Saaid is very involved in the entire project I was very lucky to get a room on the 4th floor & even though the rooms are still the same size they feel twice as big the lighting has also improved & the decor is totally changed anyone who has stayed there in the past and felt the rooms were claustraphobic I would suggest you try a return visit you will be pleasantly surprised, the bar is as always busy and now they have music 6 nights a week it is moroccan music and not too loud so easy to sit back and listen to the pool area and pool bar are wonderful as always and off course the gardens around the pool are always kept very well I could do with one of the gardeners myself here at home ??!! yet again my visit was magic and cannot wait to get back in January, before I finish I cannot forget Mohammed the Jeweller in the foyer of the hotel as usual he had some beautiful pieces to show me I have been buying bits of jewellery from him for 20 years & they are all still as good as the day I bought them so it is well worth calling in to him during your stay so roll on January looking forward to seeing you all again
I recently stayed at this hotel. My first time in Morocco. I had read bad reviews about this hotel and I was concerned, that changed as soon as I arrived, when I was greeted by a door man who introduced me to the lady on reception . I was offered dinner from the self service restaurant before being shown to my room. I had free breakfast from the self service restaurant. It was very nice and the head waiter provided me with boiling water for my tea when he saw that I wasn’t happy with the hot water available for tea. He done that every morning and carried it to the table for me because I cannot walk very well now. There was a cold fridge and a hot display offering,Morocco food, also fruit post and drink making facilities offering juices as well as hot drinks. The best bit was a variety of breads and croissant ,all made by the chefs. Also a Chef was doing Omelette and pancakes to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lot of them. I met the rep from the Holiday company on the first morning and booked my events that I was going to do.The rest of the time I enjoyed the pool and the lovely weather. The pool guy was doing a great job, getting sun beds and parasols, tables and ashtray. The pool side bar done food and drinks that was brought to you..every body was so nice Even the lady that cleaned my room every day and the guy that owns the little shop in the Entrance. The whole place was spotless and cleaned every day. A few people said about the music from the “Cabaret “next door, where they have bands and sit smoking those Pipes.. I loved it myself I just had the best holiday and I am looking forward to my next visit. My only complaint was that the staff didn’t have name badges so that you could address them.
