Winter escape

Rooms were very good we had lovely sea views and maid service was good. Food in restaurant was plentiful and lots of choices. I have an allergy and a chef told me every mealtime which food to avoid and often did me something special as we were there for 3 weeks. Buses are every few minutes on the top road and you can get a pass to go anywhere. Hotel doesn’t include water in the AI but you can fill your bottles up free from the bars, don’t leave empty bottles on top or maid will clear them away...

It was winter so too cold for pools but looked lovely. Would stay again.

Really disappointed

We just passed one week over there and stayed only because we travelled with our son with full inclusive package. They sell you just dream by pictures. When we arrived by 3 am with 2 hours delay flight, the reception and all entrance was switched off. No one to help us with luggage and really cold welcome by the guy. Full price for our boy and slept on a rocky metal bed who is absolutely not safe...

We have to secure him all around with what we have. Basic room who need some renew and only one old pillow per person please. Mini bar three cans and one bottle of water for the week all recharge is extra. Food is always cold and really not tasty, kids food all week lunch and dinner spaghetti bolo, cod nuggets fries 😏. Thanks for the fresh omelette in morning save us. Service, we cannot blame them, they swap complains all day so not on a mood to be there. And when you see the materials they have to clean a giant hotel bless them. So yes is low maintained and all the swimming pool are surroundings by green walls and low chemical you cannot see clear when you go under water. Drinks including the cheapest one you can find in market they full your glass with alcohol than you can taste something. Cold coffee is extra, water park drinks and food is extra, try to scape the hotel count around 20 pounds taxi to go and same to come back. Doesn't have much to do around. The hotel have incredible view and potential but no access to the beach is rock, you cannot swim. Entertainment what to say bingo bingo bingo bingo the evening are really flat no atmosphere. We haven't seen the day one. Honestly is a shame because it could be really 5 star but not at all. I am so surprised who rate this hotel.

Not as great as expected

We stayed here for one week as a family of three with one child of 8. When we first arrived we were taken to our room which was on the reception level, we noticed the carpets were grubby the room was dark and it smelt of sick (which we now discover could be the smelly mops the maids used) so they moved us rooms to the first floor which didn’t have a spare bed for the child, we was promised that they would bring a single bed to the room the next day and in the time being they gave us a fold up bed which was very small and uncomfortable. We never got the single bed we was promised and was stuck with the fold up bed for the rest of the holiday...

The pillows were lumpy and you only get one. We asked for a pillow and never received this either.

There are a few things we would like to point out

  1. No tea bags and gone off milk every time in the room
  2. Everyday we had to call reception to give us towels as they did not give fresh towels after they had been used and take at least half hour to bring them once called
  3. The food for children was the same thing every day there wasn’t a variety or selection just chicken nuggets chips and spaghetti
  4. Can never get a sunbed down by the pool as the hotel allows people to leave their towels on the beds the night before
  5. In general it’s not clean, the windows are smeared the floors are grubby, there’s a lot rubbish outside the balcony and in the pools under the decking areas

For a 5star hotel we expected a lot more. We have had a better experience in a 4 star

Shockingly disappointing hotel

Upon arrival the hotel seemed nice, we quickly learned from speaking to other couples there was a lot of negative feelings about it. We thought we’d find out for ourselves. Well where doI start, hotel staff making inappropriate comments to women, hearing them talking about what they had got upto the night before...

I’ll leave that to your imagination. Food was sub standard in the evenings to the point we had to eat out. It does not have a beach it’s sharp rock which you cannot enter water by. No snacks available during the day. Back to back weddings which closes part of the hotel for example roof top garden, your only aloud 1 room key. Ac and fridge turns off when your out so you arrive back to a 35 degree room. Toilet paper , I’ve had better in council park toilets. Appalling entertainment which is repeated every night. I can’t think of one positive thing to say about this place. We have returned home 4 days early due to it being so awful.

Nice but not worth the money

Review by aep592 Birmingham, United Kingdom

As a family of 5 we booked the king suite only to find one king bed one of the children to sleep on the sofa and 2 pop up beds with the thinnest mattresses ever for the other 2. Room was kept clean and the balcony was huge with a great view. Food was lovely for adults however not much choice for kids but if we requested nuggets the chef would cook a plate which was nice...

Pool and service amazing. Waterpark very tired but kids still had fun so thats all that matters. Entertainment very poor apart from bingo where the prize money was decent. Love paphos love cyprus and overall with the sunshine and relaxing vibe had a great week away but this hotel is overpriced and needs some tlc.
