Disappointed - want to go home
Just arrived at the hotel today after a long day and having stayed at so many hotels around the world this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Be careful when booking as a sea view room is not really a sea view room. It over looks the swimming pool which is noisy. The room had several faults, door to balcony not opening, air con not working (it’s 30 Celsius).
Really disappointed. In other hotels they would bend backwards to do their best to move you to another like for like room or upgrade.
The staff are not caring.

Nowhere near good enough
We got here the 3rd of September at noon as was told we couldnt check in till 3pm. Which was fine as we'd expect that. We was then told we couldnt have our wrist bands till 3, which we thought ok... to which we asked if we could at least get a towel to sit around the pool, to which we was told no, cone back at 3pm. Its been near 40 degrees and we had to find a sunlounger we couldnt touch nevermind sit on as it was so hot!... the to sit for close to 3 hours without a drink was unacceptable!... Once checked in weve found most staff absolutely ignorant and quite offish, not wanting to help in anyway. Food has been repetitive and cold. The resort sits with the best sunset you could wish for, yet the pool attendants walk around at 5:30 passive aggressively slamming beds and removing your drinks, and even bring a big guy ( like a bouncer) to push even further. Sunsets at 7/ half past but make u fell you shouldnt witness this! Sunloungers covers are covered in mold and stink. Wifi does not work outside the hotel building, no wifi around the pool. The list goes on Our wrist band get cut at 11am on the day we leave yet we get picked up at 9pm.. Hotel claims to be 5 star, yet ive been in better 3 and 4 star hotels
