This review is much overdue.
Highly recommend this hotel. It is run by an actively invested GM who took pains to make my stay wonderful...
The assistant GM (I think that’s his title) was also very attentive.
While I didn’t much care for the reception staff, the restaurant staff were fabulous. The rooms were bright and cheery and the hotel location was fantastic.
The food at the restaurant was just YUM!!
This hotel is really good. We were really welcomed by staff on arrival and made comfortable straight away. Our cases were whisked away to our room...
The rooms are clean modern and comfortable. the bathroom was good, There was even someone came around to turn down the bed and check the room when you were at dinner. The food was excelent, and although it was a buffet, there was always plenty of staff to assist. Pool area is new and modern with nice sunbeds. The hotel is in a good area with a lovely walk along to the harbour. The local buses are frequent and cheap. The archeoligical park is well worth a visit, take your pensioners bus pass to get in half price.
Fabulous new chic hotel, had the best holiday of our lives!!! The one thing that made this the best holiday was the Greek hospitality we received from the Managers down to the maintenance team. Every member of staff we met went out of their way to make sure we were happy. This was the start of the Covid-19 outbreak and we were made to feel 100% safe and secure with no worries...
Superb rooms and food. Absolutely faultless, will return at a drop of a hat!!!
Enjoyed a lovely week here at the start of March & hope to return soon!
The hotel itself is lovely! Newly built & nicely decorated with a great location on the waterfront. We had a sea view room which was worth every penny as the views were beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean & the beds were comfortable...
Great variety of food in the restaurants & this is always replenished quickly.
The staff are what really make this hotel 5 star. Everyone was friendly & attentive & they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Special mention to Bobby & Yianna in the buffet restaurant though, they were both amazing! & also Layla (apologies not sure on her title) but she gave us advice on buses/shops etc! Spoke to the hotel manager on our last day as we sat by the pool waiting on our transfer, he updated us on everything that will be going on within the hotel over the coming months & thought it was a very nice touch for him to take time out of his day to speak directly to guests. A genuinely lovely man & a nice way to end our stay.
We hope to return again soon!
A super hotel, well located (about 40 leisurely minutes from Kato Paphos along the promenade). Immaculately clean, great service (clean towels in your room if you'd had a shower before dinner, totally unnecessary but welcome). Food ingredients of obvious high quality - while we might have like some of the food in the buffet to be a little warmer a member of staff was checking temperatures so no problems...
Greek restaurant good but Japanese restaurant first class - and our immense appreciation to Mihaela and Aida in particular for the attention they should us there; 2 highly professional and pleasant young ladies who always had time to chat while being very aware of their duties throughout the restaurant - OK it was quietish so they could do it, but they really are class. And young Agni in the bar was wonderfully infectious with her enthusiasm. We're considering returning since we can't see standards being dropped in this very well run establishment. One criticism; only boring Diageo gins available in the bar.
