It is within easy reach of the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the town centre while the harbour and beaches of Hersonissos are a popular attraction in the area.

Just had all inclusive week here with family. The hotel grounds, pools and beach are stunning. Unfortunately there was no mention about the amount of steps at this hotel - to/from restaurant which was difficult for my mother who has arthritis...
She was put in a second floor room too (which doubled her walking) luckily the staff moved her room to a ground floor room on day 2 which we were grateful for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but pleasant. Food was standard all inclusive fare but queues long due to covid situation and not being able to ‘help yourself’. Staff all wore masks and gloves to serve food which must have been difficult for them in the heat. A huge mention to the spa - we treated ourselves to whole body massages which were amazing! Marina the manager was very helpful and friendly and my masseuse, Dimitra was brilliant!!! Felt totally relaxed and refreshed. Overall a fantastic holiday thank you ❤️
Finally got around to reviewing this complex. Visited here late Oct 2019, during the last week of the season. This is an all inclusive resort, situated on the beach...
The accommodation are individual chalets over 2 levels, which are spread amongst the resort grounds. There two main swimming pools, as well as kids paddling pools. The main block hosts the reception area, dining room, bar & lounge, spa, meeting room and gym (closed at time). There are 2 outside bars and a further diner at the bottom of the complex. There are also a couple of gift shops.
The restaurant is very large, with plenty of seating. It provides a buffet style dining experience, which caters for most tastes. However, the food was very similar every day and certain dishes could run out. The restaurant provided basic packed lunches in cooler boxes, if you wished to go out of the resort during the daytime.
The all inclusive drinks are nothing to shout about. Local beers & spirits are the order of the day. However, if you prefer something more alcoholic, then buy a packet of wine gums, as there isn't any in the drinks being serviced (in my opinion). You can drink all day and still be sober.
The entertainment is mediocre at best, so bring a pack of cards, which many guests seemed to do.
The worst thing was the smoking !!! although there is a smoking ban indoors in Greece like the UK, it is totally ignored. In fact, it is actively encouraged by the resort, by putting ashtrays on the tables. As a non smoker, I had to endure chaining smoking every evening, as there was no escaping it.
The resort is quite isolated, meaning that you'll need to get transport to visit anywhere. There is a limited bus service at the top of the drive, which is quite cheap. You can walk to the nearest town, which takes about 40 mins.
We wanted somewhere warm for October but not involving a very long flight. We were very pleased with the hotel. It is very clean and the rooms were good...
The food was good with plenty of choice. The poolside bar was quite handy for lunch at times. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are a couple of shops on the site which has any holiday items you may have forgotten. The only real issue is the large number of steps, although this us clearly explained in the hotel information.,
We booked our holiday via Jet2 after Govt relaxed the rules. Greece Govt is currently randomly checking for Coronavirus at the airport. Make sure that you bring plenty of masks and fill in the forms. Now about the hotel....First impressions was not good, no one come to greet or help with your suitcases upon arrival... Super tired after early morning journey then was told that I can't check in at reception..need to check-in on line. However no online check-in equipment available for guests...
Then got told again to do via my own mobile....finally managed after struggle for 10 mins...then got told again that rry your own suitcase for 3 sets of steep staircase. Hotel is not suitable for these who has a problem with staircase.
Do your own research of the hotel and local travel guide as the hotel does not giving any information apart from an 4A black and white of hotel map. Bar & Restaurant Staff are friendly. Restaurant food is limited due to the covid situation. You have to stand in que and wait for staff to put the food on your plate like cafetiere food at school . Location is awesome, beach access and we have been swimming in the ocean every day. Room clean however equipment is old. Our fridge is super noisy...Luckily I have earplugs. However, Room is not clean daily...and no one tell during check-in that we have to make a booking/request one day in advance for the room to be clean or change towels. In my opinion and experience this is definitely not a 5* compared with Hilton, Marriott and Accor Bands. Maybe 3.5*
