This hotel is very good for the money, its a budget hotel and the rooms reflected just that. We had only one bedside cabinet and no table with our two chairs on balcony. Having said that the hotel is pleasant with a lovely pool and pool bar/coffee shop and a lovely lady worked there her name is rosemary she was fun. A problem we noticed was local people coming in and useing the pool and seating that is meant for the paying guests and not staying at hotel 🙄. But we had a good time.
Stayed here for five days in July. Lovely small hotel situated next to the old town. Hotel was very Spanish while I was there as I think we was the only English there but the rest of the old town was pretty much the same and no issue. New town was where all the English things were. Room was great, had everything you needed. Air con was great...
Nice big balcony. Comfy beds and great modern bathroom with big shower. Rooms cleaned daily by the maids who were very good and friendly as were all the staff from reception to waiting staff. Only downside is how the pool is the sun goes behind the building after say 3pm but we just went down the road to the beach (5 minute walk) then if you you want to catch more sun. No sun loungers too just chairs really around the pool too. Local shop over road open till 2am. If you want to stay in the old town I’d recommend this hotel. Also very clean with all covid stuff if that’s a worry.
The room we got was very nice and the bathroom was clean and tidy and had an hairdryer. The balcony was quite big but did not have a table to go with the chairs, plenty of room for one. We checked on a Monday for 10 nights and up till Wednesday all was ok,but on the Thursday housekeeping did no make up the bed. Saturday came and no housekeeping at all,we had been there a week and no clean sheets on the bed,so i went down to reception and asked for clean sheets and clean towels. But after housekeeping had been she had not changed the sheets,so back down to reception to complain and housekeeping came back up to change the sheets. I had to go back to reception a couple of days later to ask for a toilet roll because she had not replaced the near empty one. not a great deal of choice with the food but you could change an evening meal for a lunch meal.i have stopped in many hotels in Benidorm and this is the only one i have been in that doesn't have a freezer with ice cream in . For 725 euros i don't think we got value for money. Nice room good location but many other 2 star hotels you can go in for less money.
Stayed here for a week, great position very easy to walk from here to beach and shopping area. It is used by Spanish people but we found that all of the staff spoke good english. Breakfast was continental but plenty to choose from, Coffee machine was good for us...
Small pool with only 6 sunbeds but lots of plastic chairs. sun only reaches pool in the afternoon for a few hours. Great bar attached to the hotel. Now the negatives we booked a budget room which initially looks modern lovely shower but we pulled the curtain back to see a brick wall with an adjacent window from another room where the guests in that room could see straight into our room. There was also a smell of fumes in the room we think may have come from the kitchen below us. Luckily the hotel moved us to another room. So I would stay here again but not in a budget room
Visited for a week, 3 friends, all sharing the same room. Friendly staff. The room was very modern, recently decorated, powerful shower...
The place is completely Spanish, with limited English language speaking staff. I wouldn't recommend for kids unless you speak Spanish. The breakfast food was pretty limited with bloody awful tea, remedied by nipping to the local supermarket. Basically quite basic selection of cheese, whole massive tomatoes which were tasty, and unshelled eggs.. felt like having to do a bit of a job in the morning lol. As other reviews have stated there are loads of places where they serve up a proper breakfast; one being the hotel colon literally at the bottom of the street. Meal times were better, but don't be expecting luxurious quisine. Kids would moan for England about it. The g and ts in the residents bar are spot on for 4.5 euro, we drank the place dry tbh. Back to the breakfast, the bread and bread rolls are sweetened for some reason.. not a fan. I suppose you could take your own in, but it would look like your taking the p**s. Overall good.
