Gorgeous, bright hotel in great location

Review by CoconutVanilla Ko Samui, Thailand

Had a really lovely solo stay at this hotel in September this year.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and my room was bright and airy, spotlessly clean. It's a lovely quiet hotel and the bed was super comfy...

Staff are friendly and so accommodating and helpful - anything you need they'll be there to help!

I also loved the location - literally 5-10 minute walk (if that) the the marina and centre of Santa Eulalia. 5 stars from me :)

Lovely stay

Review by spamulaspud1 Healing, United Kingdom

We booked a last minute get away to ibiza over October half term. 4 nights- a bit dubious about restrictions- but it was totally worth it!

What a wonderful place this hotel and Santa Eulalia are we loved it.

Prices for food and drink around the resort were fair (a pint about 3.50€ / wine €4 / pizza €10)...

Food and drinks at the hotel both good- and we enjoyed the range of breakfast and dinners. Breakfast they offered good range of 'free-from' choices.

Rooms clean and bright. We were lucky to get a room facing the marina. Beautiful view and perfect for sunsets.

Weather was kind too us for the end of October

We would definitely come back to Ibiza! We had a lovely time

Finally on our holiday!

Review by FIFILEW Preston, United Kingdom

Having never been to Ibiza before we decided on Santa Eulalia rather than a party resort mainly down to the great offer with Jet2, and being in our 50’s we’ve been there done that!

We booked our half board stay at Hotel Tres Torres for a week from 16-23rd October after booking only 3/4 weeks prior to departure.

We read a good number of reviews on here about this hotel, some good, some not so good so we left an open mind.

I can honestly say this hotel didn’t disappoint. It was very clean, well decorated and the staff were very ‘on the ball’ when it came to clearing and tidying...

Our rear view twin room was exceptionally spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The room walls were a bit sparse and could’ve done with some artwork but that’s just my opinion. Our room was at the rear and just about had a sea view and a view of the dry dock/marina. There was plenty of wardrobe/hanging space with plenty of hangers, a must for all. Inside the wardrobe was a safe which is chargeable. Complimentary toiletries were provided, along with a hairdryer and additional bedding was readily available in the room. There was well stocked fridge with drinks and snacks but these were chargeable. Two bottles of water were supplied everyday in our room and left on the dressing table, these are complimentary. Also in the room was an expresso machine, again complimentary although we didn’t use this as not our cup of tea, pardon the pun.

The bathroom had a waterfall style shower and was kind of part wet room which was actually great, a very powerful shower and it had loads of hot water. I must say I didn’t want to get out! Bathrobes were hanging in there on our arrival which was a nice touch for when you’re showered and lounging around before going for dinner. Towels are changed as often as you want but we kept ours for a couple of days at a time. Housekeeping were always about so you could ask for towel changes etc.

The dining hall wasn’t too big but there’s an option to eat outside should you wish to. Breakfast was served from 8-11am and dinner 7-10pm during our stay. The selection was very good, there was something for everyone both at breakfast and dinner. Obviously everyone has a different taste but you definitely wouldn’t starve.

Emilio, I’m guessing he’s the restaurant manager, ran a tight ship and appeared to be very on the ball, staff were quick to clean up and keep everything running smoothly, clearing plates quickly etc. It’s buffet style so can eat as much or as little as you want. I read some comments on here about staff being unfriendly but I have to say we didn’t experience unfriendliness but the older staff were much less inclined to chat than the younger ones but none were rude and all went about their business in a professional, effluent manner. As the week went by and they familiarised themselves with you most staff did acknowledge you and were polite.

There’s plenty of places to sit quietly and have a drink around the hotel either inside or outside or around the pool area.

I have to say if there was one disappointment, it was the size of the pool and pool area. The online photos make it look much bigger than it was. Sun beds are limited and people do seem to pop their towels on and leave for quite some time even though there’s signs saying you’re not allowed to do this. The pool was freezing so we only went in once and to be honest we only stayed around the pool once due to limited space/sun beds and because it didn’t get the sun in all areas and where it did, beds had been taken. So we headed to the beach which was about a 10-15 min walk away. Beautiful soft sand and lovely clean warm water so it won over the pool! You could hire 2 sun beds for the day for €18. The hotel provided pool towels for free and can be changed whenever you want/need.

There’s so many places to eat and drink around the marina and off the promenade. I think we have been stuck for choice had we not been half board! Obviously at this time of year it’s the end of the season so some places are starting to close.

Down at the beach you can catch a ferry to Es Cana, Cala Longa, Ibiza Town and Fermentara so there’s plenty of places to visit although I personally think for a week Santa Eulalia is adequate.

Overall apart from 2 rainy days, one being torrential with thunder storms we have had a really lovely time and stay in this resort and would definitely stay here again.

As our departure from the hotel was quite early, 7 am we had pre-booked breakfast the night before with reception. Whilst it wasn’t the usual full/continental breakfast, it was sufficient to keep us going until we got to the airport/home.

Tourist tax was €46.00 for 2 people for 7 days at this hotel.

Would we stay at this hotel again… yes without a doubt

Great location, fantastic food

Hotel situated on seafront, good location. Very clean large room, fridge with free bottled water, friendly staff. Reception staff very helpful, printed out locator forms for return travel...

Food excellent, buffet breakfast, always plenty of choice, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, cheeses, English breakfast, variety of bread. Evening meal amazing, themed meals, Asian, Italian etc, plus hot carvery meat and fish every night, fantastic salad bar with traditional Spanish meats, cheeses. All staff wore face masks and politely reminded clientele to wear face masks. Felt covid safe. Bar staff at pool very friendly. Resort very clean with nice promenade, gardens and beach. Enjoyed the walk out every night after meal. Good variety of bars around marina, seafront and town. Wished I had booked 2 weeks instead of one!

Lovely hotel

Review by louislou peterborough

Recently stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The reception staff were so helpful and quick to resolve any issues. In fact they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly...

Unfortunately the dining room staff seemed a bit grumpy and seemed to take forever clearing tables. The breakfast food was adequate but no more than that. Loved the location of the hotel overlooking the marina and the room was kept clean with fresh bottled water added everyday. A nespresso coffee machine suddenly appeared a few days into our stay which was a lovely finishing touch. We hired a car with the help from reception who managed to find us an excellent deal and although there is no parking at the hotel there is plenty of free parking nearby. This was in October so not sure whether this would be the case in peak season.
