I have stayed at tinerife garden a couple of times, the rooms are very dated but in a good spot. can be in need of a good clean and the beds are very lumpy .but after saying that the whole complex is good easy check in .if you can get a one bed apartment for under 300 euros a week its ok, but i would not pay more than that there are much better places close by for just a little more
Stayed for 1 wk here with family. Apartments are awful. Outdated, tired and dirty!!
With ants covering the bed, stained sheets, rust all in bathroom, cobwebs in the frames of the doors, holes in bedroom door...
Dirt is the cupboards. These awful yellow stains in the freezer, and the dirt on the handle of freezer. Fridge leaking water..... barely kept things cool.
The only positive thing I can say about the week here. Is the staff were so nice and friendly.
Apartments ok,staff lovely especially Bellen who was very helpful and passionate from the very start, beautiful lady couldn't be more helpful! 👍❤️ Would stay again , specially to see Bellen again x 🤗
We have been at Tinerfe Gardens a few times now but sadly won’t be back. Rooms were tired and dated and not in the best condition. The smell from the drains in the bathroom in the morning was disgusting...
The shower was pathetic and in poor condition. The location and the pool is great but won’t be back.
Need condemning. We arrived later for a three night stay. We stayed one night and had it not been late we wouldn’t have even stayed that night...
We entered the apartment - which was actually a townhouse, despite booking a one bed one level apartment and the place stank. They was a toilet under the stairs with drain problems. When we told the receptionist we were told the complex was old with associated issues and collapsed drains. The room was battered, with rusty shutters and curtains held up with one or two curtain rings. We dare not move them in case they fell to bits. The receptionist was pleasant and gave me the impression that she regularly had to have this conversation. We were refunded the balance of our stay with no problem. As I say they need condemning or major investment to bring them to a basic standard.
