I would like to share my great experience with this hotel! The food is excellent, staff are super friendly. Furthermore, tha Spa area provides a wide range of massages and others procedures. Gosha and other gave us a great discount...
The whole vacation we were chilling in spa and that was the best thing ever!!!
Thank you so much for such an incredible vacation!
Absolutely not a 5 stars but maximum a 2 stars… very very disappointed ! Very expensive room price for an old, damp, dingy, very small, not clean room, hard and small military camp bed, old bathroom, worn out equipment, washed out towels ... an air conditioning with the sound of a tractor impossible to sleep, basic cleaning…. we cannot even move around the room….no welcome drink, sad and old reception, very cold and unprofessional employee at the reception at night ( Ramazan) I tried to discuss with him to get another room but he went behind and never back...
Fortunately I spoke with the manager the day after, very kind, very empathic he provided a biggest room.
The food is not good, a large buffet but almost nothing good to eat, bad products, it's cold, no microwave to heat… there are restaurants with reservation but even if you booked a all inclusive offer you are only entitled to book only one restaurant which is bad anyway… it closes at 8pm. I asked to heat a soup at the Turkish restaurant that was served cold and the waiter told me the chef doesn't want he recommends eating it like this. We had no napkins at the table and were brought in some 70% alcohol sanitizer wipes saying they ran out of napkins. The waiters are only inexperienced students, none really speak English, you have to fight to ask for something and get it. It is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but you must pay your orange juice at the breakfast and be careful, there is no more after 9:30 am. The other juices are chemical drinks made from industrial powder. Only one swimming pool for 250 tourists and in times of Covid it is not very appropriate, we are glued to each other: no safety and healthcare distancing. At the beach the umbrellas are almost all broken, I asked to repair one and an employee came to fix the umbrella with a garbage bag ! and at the first gust of wind we fell on it. The beach towels are old and faded, the currency exchange service does not open in the morning it is only from 5 to 7 p.m. The sunbeds are reserved very early in the morning so if you come after 11am good luck. No fitness and gym area as the normal 5 stars resorts. The beach is small, no sand beach, a lot of rocks but the water is fine. You can note walk on the beach. You have to pay extra to have a stay in the beautiful sun beds you could see in pictures of the website. The animation is good and friendly but always the same program and same timing, same music shows (medium quality), same music at the pool. The lounge bar is very basic, no music, not a vacancy atmosphere to have a drink the evening. No good cocktails, it smells the beer as you are in a classic bar. After 11 pm the hotel is sleeping. Nothing to do outside. 99% of the guests are Russian so no one speak English or another language. If you come with children and no speak Russian your children will be and play alone.
Regarding the slides there are 4 but be careful I was seriously injured in the green one, it is not suitable to go with a 1 place buoy, I turned around in the pipe and I fell on my head violently, my child got the same experience and I stopped doing it.
The only 2 good points is the view on the mountains and the fabulous spa with the incroyable George, very kind, smily and professional. Very good services, excellent massages and good staff at the spa (it is just pity that Alina the hostess at the reception should not be friendly and no smily person). I thank George for the happiness he provided us, the best best best memory!
I got the opportunity to travel a lot and have a large experience of resorts, It is not a 5 stars hotels and it is the first time that I note a big big big gap between TripAdvisor comments and the reality. Not go for this resort if you are looking a good quality of a 5 stars hotel. You will not be a prince or princess here only a number in a large poor resort factory…never again!
Hôtel service wanderfull, restaurants very taste, big auapark. Exackly best service. Thank you all manager team Flora hotel...
Spa team finally very good, speacialy in hamam coffee peeling super. And George best director, just one thing there is sometimes smell not good
Very nice place. Big area, many activities, 4 bars serving food and drinks all day, very wide beach, enough sun beds, very good entertainment program. Room cleaning and maintaining hygiene is on high level...
Food selection in main restaurant for ultimate all inclusive service is quite poor. Younger staff are unprofessional, amateurs, but pretty kind.
