A Short But Good Stay
This Resort was a quick alteration to our travel plans to keep us out of Colombo City during COVID-19. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The food at the restaurant provided a wide selection to suit all taste buds...
The staff at the customer service desk were extremely helpful as was the catering/restaurant staff. Location is quite spectacular with direct access to the beach. The Resort is extensive and not until writing this report did I realise there was another swimming pool which we did not even find! Could recommend this resort of a short or long stay. The resort was quiet and peaceful, the greatest noise was the waves rolling it. It was really hard to take!
Great Location but poorly manged..
Visited during the X'mas vacation with my family with a prior reservation for 01 night stay on FB basis. But had to wait at the hotel reception about 30 min for our room, after 02 reminders they picked our luggage from my vehicle & provided the room key & no one to direct us to the room . But they did not forget to collect the full payment even without providing complementary welcome drinks :) Again I had to call reception to request twice...
frustrating... Vehicle park also about 200-300 mtr. away from the entrance but no shuttle service /taxi available for you are using your own vehicle. Clean room had a great sea view.. They have 02 separate swimming pools but no pool attendant or pool towels were available.
Had a reasonable good spread for dinner & B/fast but the restaurant service was horrible. Even for a drinking water had to ask several times. Seems all staff members were not experienced enough?
But this hotel is situated in a great location bordering a long clean beach...

We stayed 3 nights and this was our second visit to this hotel. Staff is very friendly and specially main restaurant staff. Location is awesome with a clean beach...

A Short but lovely Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially the ambience and hospitality. The location is lovely and the entire place gives a cosy yet personal feel. Direct access to the beach and ample personnel makes it a great place to go, for having fun near or in the sea waters.
GREAT TIME AT LONG BEACH
We had very enjoyable holiday at long beach.warm welcome and very friendly front team and did quick checking. rooms are very clean and comfortable.got sea view room and it was nice.the food are very tasty and have enough varieties. staff very friendly and helpful.we will come back again.thank you for the good customer service .
