Located around 24 miles south of Colombo, it is secluded in a dense grove of palm trees overlooking a long sandy beach. The facilities include a large lagoon style swimming pool surrounded by lawns that run down to the beachfront.

Wedding Anniversary Celebration at Turyaa Kalutara ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at Turyaa Kalutara while celebrating our wedding anniversary with my brother’s family. It was a truly memorable experience, and our stay was excellent.
A special thank you to Umasha, Chef Thilan, Movindu, and Wasantha for their warm hospitality and excellent service. ❤️
We especially appreciated the beautiful anniversary bed decoration and the lovely anniversary cake—it was such a thoughtful touch.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing, with a great variety of buffet dishes. Everything was well prepared and made our celebration even more special.
Thank you to the entire team at Turyaa Kalutara for making our anniversary celebration so wonderful. We will definitely be happy to visit again! ❤️
Another Wonderful Stay at Turyaa Kalutara
This was our second visit within two months, and once again we had a wonderful family stay. We travelled with my brother’s family, who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. The hotel beautifully decorated their bed and arranged a lovely anniversary cake. Thank you for making their celebration extra special! ❤️ A special thank you to Chef Thilan, Umasha, Movindu and Wasantha for their excellent service and hospitality. Also, thank you to the reception colleague who escorted us to our room and clearly explained all the room facilities. A big thank you to the entire Food & Beverage team for their outstanding service. Everyone was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Turyaa Kalutara again! ❤️
Lovely hotel
I have been to this hotel almost three times in my life. Lastly came bringing my family for dinner buffet on my birthday. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely ambience. Previously it was known as Sands Hotel Kalutara. The view of the sea from the reception is marvellous . Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a value for money. Food variety was always good.
