A very exclusive design hotel with a very high service quality. The furniture, surfaces, lighting, architecture and of course food… truely an italian luxury. You must visit the hotel for a new look to Dubai...
It provides a heaven in the desert. Note: not cool with the kids.
The ambiance and staff at la Spiaggia are excellent but can you please bring the hot dog back on the menu in La Spiaggia, it Is excellent.
Also a special mention to Nadim who always takes care of us as family.

I Went for the dinner here and choose the buffet system that was Worth for money I really liked the restaurant buffet the food was soo dalicious also fresh , the greeters and waiters were so nice and freindly thank you for such good hospitality and am soon gonna come back.
This hotel is probably one of the best places to stay in Dubai. I stayed at four 5-star hotels on this trip to Dubai (Bulgari, Armani, Four Seasons Jumeirah and Palace Downtown). It's pretty exclusive at this hotel due to its intimate size and you have a nice feeling of privacy...
It's stylish without being too shishi, the latter of which was what I was most afraid it would be. One thing I liked is that the spa and pool facilities are open till 11, which is good if you are arriving on a flight that lands at 8. I got from the plane to the hotel in 45 minutes in plenty of time to make a 9pm massage. Breakfast had a great menu and I liked the breakfast "antipasta" bar with authentic Italian pastries and other items on it. Felt like Italy. The room was nice and the electronics were basically functional. Gym had everything you expect to find, pools are both inside and outside, and it was pleasant in the Gulf and swimming out to their floating pontoon about 50 meters out. Only thing is that nobody has thought to put some bottled water out there. Hotel corresponded promptly with me via WhatsApp both prearrival and post-stay. Concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only minus here was that I asked for sunscreen at the pool and beach and was told to buy it in the spa. Nobody cared enough to give me some even though I asked since my stay was short and didn't warrant buying a bottle. I didn't bring my own because I took it for granted that at a hotel like this, they would offer it to you. At the Four Seasons I felt much more "being taken care of" by the beach and pool staff; here it was much more aloof. Also, when I checked out, the hotel tried to deny me an Amex Platinum benefit that was included in my Fine Hotels and Resorts confirmation. Only after I insisted and threatened to complain to Amex did they concede the point (the hotel was insisting that my "Property Credit" only applied to food and beverage and not to spa). This hotel is not so convenient with regard to its location to other points of interest in the city, but it is a great place to decompress upon arrival and it does have the feeling of a resort within the city limits.
It was our first time at the hotel. Restaurants menus needs to be revisited with more vegan and vegetarian options and also staff to be more welcoming. The front desk team was very attentive and helped to make it happen...
The room was perfect and hoping to come back very soon.
