Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we experienced exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth that exceeded all our expectations.
A very special thank you goes to Mr. Arjay, the Chef de Service, and his entire team. The service was impeccable throughout our stay—attentive, professional, and always delivered with a sincere smile. Mr. Arjay leads his team with passion and dedication, and it truly shows in every interaction. They made us feel welcome and valued every single day.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Front Office team, led by Mr. Mikaheel. From the seamless check-in to their constant willingness to assist with any request, the entire team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kindness. They made us feel at home from the very first moment.
Another heartfelt thank you goes to the Pool Team, led by Mr. Rehman. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and outstanding service made every day by the pool a true pleasure. They anticipated every need and always made sure we were comfortable and well looked after.
