i was very apprehensive about going here as i normally stay in 5star hotels in turkey but was very pleased on arrival the check in was very quick and the staff greeted us with ice cold towels which was a nice touch we had booked an villa pool acces room and they where very large air con excellent and plenty of space for clothes a very large jacuzzi bath and seperate shower plus safe was included with bath robes .Occaqsionally the water was a funny colour but i expect that wherever i am abroad .We went bed and breakfast and found the food to my liking the staff where always helpfull and clean beach towels where always brought around to your room at the end of the day .The hotel is at the quieter end which i found perfect but still only and stones thrown from the main hub .Would i recommend this hotel most definatley and would not hesisate to come back .The only problem we had which is not related to the hotel was changing uk money some times if any of your notes have been marked by the bank with pen or written on the exchanges will not take them very strange i have nearly £200 pound of notes could not spend .The holiday was very enjoyable thank you for our stay and we will come again some time
First holiday in Thailand with great curiosity and expectations. At the hotel we were welcomed with professional friendliness. In the room that was facing the sea we had nothing to complain about...
The beds were comfortable and large. How's the breakfast then? Notable, plentiful with lots of fruits, salmon fillets, crayfish and everything you could dream of. All this with a sea view. The swimming pool has a central location with nice clean water. A stone's throw away, the hotel has its "own" sea just for hotel guests. The small restaurant has equally friendly staff with good food and drinks. Last night we had massages on the place's own masseurs, felt great. This sounds like an advertising description but it's not, we're just happy with everything we had from the first moment until we waved goodbye. Thanks so much. Anything negative? Yes the street outside the hotel is under all criticism, because of road work it is up and down, dusty with big holes on the road making it difficult to reach.
From the moment you walk into this super clean facility, you are greeted with smiles, kindness, and professionalism, by very knowledgeable staff. We chose a Seaview room on the third floor. A large modern room with a big balcony, and the best view...
A large pool, nice fitness center, and good restaurant round out this wonderful 9 day stay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay, and certainly, nothing negative to add.
The hotel upgraded us from a regular room to a garden pool villa. The hotel staff was very professional about it. The whole five days stay was accommodating and calm, overall...
We had already spent a bit of vacation in Koh Phangan and then another hotel so this supposed to be a relaxed and chill vibe before heading back to busy Bangkok!
The actual villa was spotless and clean. The indoor pool was lovely, and the room service was amicable. We enjoyed their cocktails enormously.
At the very last day, after we checked out, I realised that I forgot my wife's Bose in-ear headphone inside the safe in the room. I quickly called the staff, and a moment later, they found it and organised a delivery so quickly. Saved and sounded.
I highly recommend this place in Samui if you're looking for a clean hotel, super helpful service, excellent food and beverages.
Not a bad hotel, and ok location. Hotel rooms ok and very clean, but their room description is very misleading on bookings website. We booked 2 Deluxe room with pool view and pool access...
imagine the rooms being in a line of 8 rooms, we were in the last 2 but 1, and we faced a wall, the other 5 rooms all faced the pool in some way. All these rooms has 'pool access', but this access does not go into the main pool, its a long trench that links 4 rooms accessed from your own patio. So, really not pool access at all. Make sure you ask if your room will have direct main pool view.
Main pool is actually quite nice. Although please be careful not to walk on or stand on the pebbles that surround the pool edge. These pebbles are a real hazard, when stepped on, there is a great chance that you will slip, as I did. I saw one woman slip and fall crashing into the pool, so did the staff, they dont seem to think this is dangerous, one staff member who witnessed this, was more keen to tidy up the pebbles and put the stray ones back to how it was.
The beach in the hotel website pics. We went in Feb 2020, the beach was under water every day from high tide. It looks like the beach has not been accessible for sun bathing for sometime, evident from industrial sized sandbags that are lying on the beach. This is directly to the back of the hotel, where you can see photos that depict row of beach loungers and parasols. It seems water level have risen and now the beach is out of bounds. Not sure if this is temporary, but you should ask hotel before booking.
Otherwise Breakfast was very good, they have 2 for 1 drinks by the pool, service can be really good, and quite bad, so its luck of the draw who serves you. One day, they had an electricity outage and had to turn on the emergency generator for quite a few hours. This generator made so much noise and so much smoke came out of it, avoid rooms that are furthest from the main pool. This is the main short rise building that over looks the main pool.
