We have just spent 2 wonderful weeks here. ALL the staff, from management/reception, housekeeping, restaurant/bar staff and the gardeners, were fantastic. All so very helpful...
The resort is lovely and clean, food/drinks good. There are 4 pools,.. a large infinity pool, 3 smaller ones including one with built in jacuzzi and a children's pool. Location on Lamai beach, which is amazing and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. It was my husband's 60th birthday while we were there and the staff even helped him to celebrate! Can't wait to go back next year!
Really bad hotel, terrible service from awful reception staff and management. We found cockroaches in the room and around the bar, ants everywhere inside the room and no sign of manners respect or service for their guests. Don’t stay here, there are much better options all over Samui...
They really don’t care in the slightest about their guests
Stayed 6 days here, was welcomed with a smile and friendly staff. Rooms were ok, i got close to the pool, resturant and beach. Pool was big and had many sunbeds...
Sunbeds were also available at the beach. Had some issues with the shower, hard to get a stable normal temperature on the water. Phone was not working very good, impossible to hear people talking, told the staff the first day but nothing happend. Safe had some numbers not working. Located in the middle of Lamai Beach it was short distance to everything wich was nice. Would stay again because of location and pool facilities.
The beach itself was beautiful, not overcrowded and nice sand, no rocks. The infinity pool was also very clean and impressive. The hotel however was very disappointing...
First night we came home from dinner to find a cockroach in our room- the hotel did agree to move us to a new room, but was wildly unapologetic about the bug/inconvenience. There was also a hotel wide power problem while we were there, the electricity was intermittent for two days. The beach chairs and umbrellas were dated and dirty. The linens were always clean and the gym had nice equipment. The staff was fine but certainly not exceptional, no one went out of their way to interact with you or help- I asked for a dinner recommendation and was told “hmm I don’t know, just walk around” by two receptionists. Again, if the beach is all you care about it is a fine place to stay as the beach itself was amazing, however I’m sure there are better options out there.
We spent a month here for some R&R,. Great Hotel very large swimming pool with built in jacuzzi. Restaurant open all day serving good quality food and drinks. This hotel is located right in the centre of the town, 5 mins walk to any restaurant or bar. Great views from the beach front. Have booked to go back to Koh Samui again next year, but for longer this time
