We stayed here during the Songkran week. Nice Hotel, welcoming Team! Great atmosphere and last but not least nice food as well. I highly recommend their Seafood Basket promotion to try!! Now with the "new normal implemented" we feel very safe at this beautiful resort...

The property is wonderfully located on a tropical Hill side setting. We stayed in a Pool Villa which was very spacious and worth the extra money...
I just loved the luxurious bathroom and the round bathtub in the centre with a fabulous view.
The team is super attentive. The pool and the rooftop bar is just a great spot to hang around, relax and being pampered.
The Spa is a must try. Great location and experienced staff.

Excellent services, I came here twice and the reception and restaurant staff remembered me. The atmosphere at the resort is fantastic and private, food here is delicious, I would love to recommend their seafood basket came out large and valuable. Staff here are lively and friendly and always check on us if we need helps...

There are various types of breakfasts. Therefore, last year I decided to come here again with my friend. We also had great and wonderful experiences.
First of all, I understand Thailand and Phuket are in the middle of a bad COVID crisis - I have family and friends there, so I totally understand the depth of the situation. However, this situation we went through is just unacceptable, especially for a 5 star hotel! Below I outlined my experience:
We were super excited to go. 2. On my credit card statement I noticed that I was overcharged nearly twice the amount of what the deposit was supposed to be (roughly $730 dollars) so I called the hotel. They told me they would investigate and call us back in 10 minutes, then never returned our call. 3. After not feeling good about the service we received and the situation surrounding it, we decided to cancel the booking. After several days, I noticed that the deposit had still not been refunded. 4. I called hotels.com to inquire about the status of the refund, and they confirmed that they had not received any refund from the hotel, but I should have gotten all of my deposit back. They said they would investigate and get back to me. 5. I just found out today that Hotels.com was unsuccessful in getting the hotel to refund my deposit, and they suggested that I reach out to the hotel directly again.
After all of this mess, I decided to just put a dispute in with my credit card to let them handle it. You can't just hold onto $730 of my money for several weeks without any response or effort. A beautiful property, but I am really glad we decided not to go!
