We were delighted that we stayed in excellent health throughout. The food and the service in hotels was excellent. We would not have missed for worlds the insights we gained into the beliefs, work ethic and friendliness and approachability of the Indian people. Although we were a mixed-age party we got along well together, celebrated some birthdays and wedding anniversaries in style and enjoyed a memorable holiday.

Houseboat disappointing, particularly the food at dinner.

Change of hotel in Kochi to the city centre hotel a mixed blessing. The location was handy and the food good but the hotel was tired and not 5*, as was the Hotel Casino advertised to be.
