Best time to visit Lanzarote

When to go to Lanzarote

Enjoying a subtropical climate with a relatively low rainfall throughout the year, Lanzarote has become a popular destination for those seeking sunshine, even in winter. During the summer months of June, July and August, expect highs of around 29°C — if the wind is blowing in from the Sahara, this figure could increase by a further 10°C. Between the months of December and March, expect pleasantly warm days, milder evenings and an average temperature for this time hovering at 21°C. Due to its location, Lanzarote can be windy at times, consistent in the summer however blustery at times during winter.
