Thinking of holidaying in St Julian's, Malta? You're in for a treat. One of the island's newest resorts, it's already one of the most popular. And partly that's because of some of the fabulous hotels here – in fact there are more luxury hotels in St Julian's than there are anywhere else on the island. And the Cavalieri Hotel is an easy recommendation.
The Cavalieri Hotel is the ideal choice for so many reasons: its facilities are top notch, and its location is perfect – quietly tucked away, but only a few hundred yards from the heart of St Julian's Spinola Bay.
St Julian's promises the quintessential sunshine holiday. Long, hot days at the water's edge or, if you're staying at the Cavalieri Hotel, you can enjoy the hotel lido too. At night, you can explore along the harbour-front discovering tucked away restaurants and cafes, or just taking in the heady evening air. The bright lights of adjacent Paceville draws younger travellers to the entertainment centres' many clubs.
With the Cavalieri Hotel as your base, you've got the best of both worlds; all that St Julian's and the Cavalieri have to offer. Comfort is definitely on the menu; the wonderfully cool, air conditioned rooms boast queen size beds and en suite bathrooms (with shower and bath). Each has satellite TV, radio, direct dial phone, safe, mini fridge and tea/coffee too. From 01st April 2020 all rooms will feature showers and twin beds. Therefore, some rooms will still feature baths and queen size beds until this date.
The hotel also boasts two bars and a TV room. And with live entertainment on offer most nights, you'll soon be busy having the time of your life.
As you'd expect with a hotel of this quality, there are so many extra amenities, including a GP on call, an on-site laundrette and dry cleaning service; even a souvenir shop. And, with its solarium and second pool (which is heated through the colder months), the Cavalieri Hotel is just as popular in the winter too.
St Julians is one of Malta's most vibrant and popular resorts, and the Cavalieri Hotel is one of its most popular places to stay. So if you are really thinking about a holiday in St Julian's, why not come and see the best that this island has to offer?

Great hotel in beautiful location
This is a great hotel. With the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever met. The location could not be better.
The food was good, with a reasonable selection for breakfast and dinner. if you wanted lunch there they have a nice bar with good food.
To be hyper critical and to show that I am providing accurate information: there are signs that the fixed furniture in the rooms is due for replacement. Just minor signs of wear and tear. And I must stress that I am being very picky mentioning that. It in no way detracted from our full enjoyment of our stay at the hotel.
I am one of those persons who have previously had a bad experience with one of the not so well known travel agents and because of that we have only used the larger tour operators. For this holiday we took a chance and used Mercury whom we had never heard of before. Well it turned out that we have been missing out. Mercury are the most professional travel agent we have ever used. The staff were just so helpful. Absolutely everything happened that they said would happen and when they said it would happen. Even our return pick up to the airport. We were told it would be 2 and a half hours before our flight time. We were waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes before that time, just in case but exactly as they had told us the car pulled up outside and the driver came to look for us. He was exactly 2 and a half hours before our flight. We are not usually those who go on organised excursions but we went on 2 of those available to us and we were very pleased that we did. They were very insightful. As for cost: they were very good as they included a 3 course lunch and a knowledgeable guide.
We will definitely be seeing what is on offer from Mercury in the future.
Well done Mercury and a big thank you to your staff.
Lovely hotel with a beautiful view over Spinola Bay. Very friendly welcome. Prompt response to any queries.
This is my third trip travelling with Mercury. Everything has gone very smoothly with transfers taking place as and when advised.
Hotel very well run and organised, staff very friendly. Tower room we stayed in had been refurbished with new furniture. All other standard rooms to be refurbished in 2019. Excellent choices at breakfast.
My husband developed pleurisy halfway through our holiday. Anna the Guest Relations Officer was very kind & concerned for us & phoned the Doctor a few times for us.
Could not fault the hotel
Everything about the hotel was excellent, including the beautiful bay view
Great hotel once again. Was looked after very well. Couldn't fault the place. Looks like same again this year.....
Wonderful place to stay in a great location and the staff are friendly and attentive. Can't wait to return and I'll be booking again as soon as possible.
The same as last year. Excellent service from start to finish. Accommodation, food and staff were absolutely brilliant. Thank You.
I had a lovely room, with a bay view as I requested. The staff were very good although I did struggle to find one to being me a glass of wine with my dinner. I appreciated the free wifi.
We could not fault the hotel at all. We were made welcome from the time we walked in, until the time we left. The staff were absolutely fantastic. From the management right down to the cleaners. We especially would like to thank the bar staff at the hotel for there very friendly service and for looking after us. The meals were excellent.
Will definitely be coming again.
Had a great time we will return.
