My wife and I stayed at the Crown Hotel commencing the 17th January leaving on the 24th January staying in room 1116. We have been to Malta on several occasions staying at various hotels mainly the large ones, but this time was a little apprehensive on a couple of points firstly booking with a company we had never used before also had no idea anything about your hotel its location only a few pictures on the internet. Can I say what a pleasant surprise we got on arrival; our greeting was first class, found the room very clean and tidy. The restaurant was first class good food plenty of selection, and very well presented. All the staff in every department could not do enough for us as guest; they all deserve a big pat on their backs for a job well done. I hope to return to Malta in the future and without doubt will use The Crown again.

We have just returned home after spending twenty eight days at the Qawra Palace Hotel, Malta. Before we went we wrote to you regarding our fears caused by some of the comments posted on the internet about the Hotel. Some very scathing indeed. Our experience was that, even though the Hotel is old, it was kept exceptionally clean, the staff in the dining areas, the reception and in the house keeping department were all efficient and friendly and helpful. The food was good, varied and plentiful, and the day time activates arranged by the Hotel and the entertainment put on at night was excellent and catered for all tastes and we certainly had no complaints at all.
The reason for this letter is that if the comments on the internet had any substance, we would have certainly complained to you. So we felt in fairness we had to write and say how much we enjoyed our holiday at the Qawra Palace. Incidentally we have stayed two previous Januarys, with Mercury at the Agapinor, Cyprus and the Atlantico aparthotel near Albufeira both of which we have been more than happy with, but on balance taking everything in to account, we think the Qawra Palace hotel comes out on top. Also, thank you for your speedy and reassuring reply to our original letter.

My husband and I and two friends have just returned from one of your holidays in Malta we stayed at the Hotel Fortina in Sliema, and was an excellent trip all round.
We were very happy there. We were there from the 18th March for 10 days. All the staff was lovely, friendly and helpful.
We flew with easy jet and we were all pleasantly surprised with the leg room on the flight and were generally impressed all round. The staff was first class and would fly with them again.

We were in room 507 which gave us a view across Tigne waterfront towards Valletta. It has to be one of the best views in the world. The restuarants to which we had access with our ' Dine around ' oprtion were excellent and the buffet in La Valletta downstairs never ceases to amaze.

We were given an excellant room overlooking the gardens(although we payed £100 extra for a sea veiw,reception said that there were non available). The room was attended every day and the food left nothing to be desired. Hi, just a note to let you know that our family holiday to Malta for chrismas was the best we have ever experienced. The Preluna Hotel & Spa in Sliema was A1, the staff were so friendly and helpful- lots of activities espicially christmas which was brilliant, weather was kind as it was warm somewhat strange as we have to endure wet and snowy weather here in the UK normally during christmas period. The food was excellent and drinks - need you say ( esp. all inclusive ) what a good deal we had, from the moment we touched down at malta to the time we hesitantly returned to luton - it was great. Our private taxi back to the airport was very good with the driver being extremely polite and knowledgeable, whilst telling us a lot about the history of Malta. All-in-all our holiday went perfectly.
