Le Morne Holidays, Mauritius

Le Morne Holidays

Located in the south west corner of the island the Le Morne Peninsular has become a popular destination for holidaymakers. Home to what is rumoured to be the best beach in Mauritius, coupled with the excellent hotels and fairly upmarket atmosphere it is no wonder why Le Morne holidays have become so popular.

Beaches at Le Morne

Over looked by Morne Brabant, a stunning mountain stretching 1,500 feet in to the air a Le Morne beach holiday could not be in a more spectacular setting. The long beach seems to stretch on for ever and is the perfect place to lose yourself for a week or two. Due to the pristine sand and excellent waters Le Morne holidays also offer a wide range of watersports as well as kite surfing, deep sea fishing and other great activities to enjoy. Due to the abundance of sea life as well as a coral reef just off the coast, Le Morne has also become a haven for scuba divers.

Lose yourself in a Le Morne Holiday

With the quiet setting, and relative isolation from the rest of Mauritius, Le Morne offers a truly romantic setting for your holiday. A wide selection of luxury hotels has made Le Morne a popular wedding and honeymoon holiday destination. The popular excursions including trips to the near by deer park as well as Morne Brabant, and the excellent choice of restaurants in the town serving typical Mauritian and Creole cuisine truly make Le Morne one of the best places to experience all that Mauritius has to offer.
