Since its foundation, sovereigns and ecclesiastics have left their mark on the city's magnificent sites, enriching them with architectural delights and artistic treasures. Your coach will take you past incredible sights such as the Louvre, the Opera Garnier, the Bastille, the Arc de Triomphe and, of course, the iconic spire of the Eiffel Tower.

Day 3
Paris to Duclair

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Cruise through the morning, reaching the town of Giverny for a guided tour of the Claude Monet Foundation. Here, you will find the charming house and gardens where the prolific artist resided for over 40 years. Take a stroll around the dreamy water-lily ponds and be inspired by the colourful vistas which were once the subject of Monet's impressionist paintings. Finish your day with an evening of onboard entertainment before you sail towards Duclair.

Day 4
Duclair to Honfleur

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After a morning cruising the meandering Seine, set off on a tour of the Norman Abbey Circuit. Begin at the impressive Jumieges Abbey, and admire the striking silhouette of its Norman Romanesque remnants. Discover the abbey's turbulent history of Viking pillages and invasions before continuing towards the Abbey of Saint Wandrille. Housing a community of monks, this active abbey contains a working brewery. Take in the hoppy aromas as you explore its classical exterior before returning to your ship and sailing onwards to Honfleur.

Day 5
Honfleur

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Today's tour will transport you to the "flower coast", Cote Fleurie, lined with chic towns and romantic beaches. Begin in Deauville, a glamorous city famed for its festivities and prestigious establishments. Take in the coastal breeze with a gentle stroll along the boardwalk and admire the extravagant facade of the grand casino. Continue your tour to the delightful Breuil Castle, situated in the lush green pastures of Pays d'Auge. Here you'll find a highly regarded calvados distillery, where you will learn the process of making this exquisite cider brandy before a tasting. Return to your ship for lunch before this afternoon's short walking tour of Honfleur. Wander past the unique, narrow houses of Vieux Bassin and the largest wooden church in Europe, Saint Catherine's Church. Walk onwards past the grand exterior of the Salt Halls and ancient St Leonard Church before returning to your ship, mooring in Honfleur for the night.

Day 6
Honfleur to Rouen

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Arrive in Rouen for a walking tour of this city considered Normandy's cultural, historical and gastronomical capital. You'll begin in the historic centre, below the rising spire of Rouen Cathedral. Walk around the gothic facade and see for yourself why Monet was so fond of painting this intricate structure. Continue onto the marketplace where Joan of Arc was burned for heresy in 1431 and past the centuries-old astronomical clock of Gros-Horloge. Lastly, visit the Saint Joan of Arc Church, built to commemorate the town's local heroine, before returning to your vessel for a night docked in Rouen.

Day 7
Rouen to Les Andelys

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Your final full day will take you past the quaint villages in the Andelle Valley before arriving at the Chateau de Martainville in Les Andelys for a tour. The chateau, built at the end of the 15th-century, houses an eclectic exhibit of items used in Normandy daily life. Relive the past through the objects on display, which include copper pans, furniture and chinaware. On the top floor, a fine collection of typical Norman costumes will transport you back to past traditions and customs. At the end of the day, return to your ship in time for tonight's gala dinner with your fellow passengers.

Day 8
Paris to the UK

Breakfast

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport or Eurostar train station for your return journey to the UK.
