Travellers staying at this outstanding establishment will have the chance to discover some of the most important tourist attractions in the area, including the popular Nerja Caves, the lovely cliffs of Maro and the Balcon de Europa viewpoint, featuring magnificent views over the entire coastline. The tastefully decorated guest rooms are bright and spacious, featuring a wide choice of modern conveniences for guests to feel right at home. A delicious culinary experience can be enjoyed at the onsite restaurant, where guests will find the best Andalusian cuisine, inherited by the Arabs. Another wonderful stay at our favourite Parador.

Review by alanhall2018 Bishops Stortford, United Kingdom

We have visited this Parador on many previous occasions and every time we have enjoyed a comfortable and welcoming stay. this time was no exception and with its superb location and proximity to the centre of Nerja, it is an ideal choice for a restful holiday.

Excellent choice for Nerja

Review by John F Gerrards Cross, United Kingdom

Having checked through the reviews before booking, I was not expecting great things of this property. However, the rooms were of a good size and as far as I could tell, most have great views overlooking the gardens and the sea. The room was clean, good size, plenty of storage space, mini bar and kettle...

The bathroom was also a good size, twin sinks, toilet, bidet and bath/shower. The gardens are extensive, well cared for and lovely, and breakfast is served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. At the time we went (Early April), there did not seem to be much choice for lunch, dinner or room service.

In every way excellent

We visit the hotel many years. In February we have to cancel our stay because I tested positive. We changed it in 12h March...

After arriving Saterday my wife get ill and after visiting first aid in Nerja we decided to go home. They were very friendly and full of help. My wife was operated successfully yesterday.

Stay here get front Centre room on second floor.

Review by stoneways2412 Winchcombe, United Kingdom

Outstanding location for this hotel on cliff top with lift to beach. Rooms-gardens all very good. I had room 152 front looking to sea.

Breakfast superb on terrace in sunshine in February. Only quibble is €14 parking which to be honest could be dropped..a silly charge really.

Very disappointed

I have stayed at the Parador in Nerja a couple of times and eaten in the restaurant on many occasions. Had also recommended it to friends who are now going to cancel their booking in June due to our treatment. My mum is 92 and in a wheelchair...

She was very tired but really wanted to see the beach at Burriana. It was not possible to get the wheelchair down to the beach so we asked if it would be possible to use the hotel lift as a ‘one off’. There was no one around in the hotel other than the receptionist. She said it was not possible to use the lift as it was for residents only but said she would open the gate (which prevents wheelchairs) so that we could try using the footpath to the beach. She didn’t even open the gate so we had to resort to getting a taxi. Very disappointed that in our particular and unusual circumstances the rules could not be waivered especially when the hotel was so quiet. Will not be going back to this hotel again to stay or to use the restaurant.
