Overall magnificent, restaurants, rooms ,nice location regarding that its in the center off the town. And all the Staff is friendly, even the house keeping. So if whe can we will be back, one off the years.I would recomand this parador to all the people.
Staying at any Parador is always the most solid choice you can make. The location, quality and service is unparalleled as well as the attention to details. Everything is first class and they don’t seem to live on their reputation...
They keep providing the same quality of service unconditionally
Excellent location but very expensive, why is parking charged extra, Good balcony but room smelt of cigarette smoke probably through the air conditioning. Cafe seating arrangements poor with majority outside but as weather got colder there was nowhere to go inside.
Booked a double garden view with balcony for 3 nights,on check in we were told we could 'upgrade' to a garden view room for €120 which we refused as it already was €720.We were given room 301 no bacony and a 'village' view which was actually someones back yard and a block of apartments. On check out we were asked was everything ok with our stay we mentioned we were very disappointed with the room and were told that they were aware its not a great room!!!!!!! It was our second stay at the Parador there definitely will not be a third.
The Pros: Gorgeous, amazing location! Beautiful pool and views of the Mediterranean for miles! Easy walk into town. The Cons: man at Check was not very friendly, bordering on rude. A younger assistant was very helpful and made us a dinner reservation nearby. The clientele seems to be on the much older side, making for a very staid, quiet atmosphere...
It seems as if there are older retirees who live here? (Not sure about that.) great location and a nice place to relax, but not a super fun resort. Definitely NOT kid friendly!
