Best Hotel Experience in Koh Samui - OUTRIGGER
This hotel is in a beautiful setting with first-class facilities. Food was great and high standard, and the detail to attention by the ever smiling staff made our holiday memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.
All staff were great, however the young trainees need a separate shout out for being the very best ever (Thank you - Tong, Ice, Mulan, Kevee ++++++ and Norbert)
Wedding Anniversary stay
Stunning Hotel, stayed here for 7 nights in a premier lamai garden suite which was HUGE. Staff here went out of the way to help, special mention to Mala, Noof, Mulan, Tong, Kawee, Audi, Beer, Best, Sao, Ice & Tui. (not sure of spelling) Will come back again. Thank you for a great stay.

Very happy with our accommodation. We stayed 10 nights and enjoyed our time thoroughly. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is a bother. The pool area caters for all ages with lots of sun beds. Would highly recommend a holiday at this lovely resort. We had no complaints what so ever.
Wonderful Resort
We had 10 days at this wonderful resort. 14 of us came in from Perth and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities are excellent, loved the Edgewater club and the pools, crrossing the road was so effortless with the guards were always on hand to stop the traffic for us. Can't say enough about the great staff, always had a smile and so eager to help in any way they could. Special mention to Kawee.. always greeted us by name and willing to make our time comfortble, Parn at the breakfast counter so courteous and polite and Ice so helpful also. Thank you to GM Leah Matters for your time to chat shortly before our check out, you have assembled a fabulous team. Would definetley come back to this resort. Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised due to affordability, The hotel is an older hotel , very colonial feel with good breakfast and very comfortable bed(very important to us). The only criticism I would have is that it is aged a bit and needs a upgrade , but this adds to the colonial feel. Communication was excellent and check in and out was well done with no hidden costs . The surrounding area lends its self to easy street food if you enjoy a night out. Pool area across the road is beautiful with a great view. Very family friendly and also nice small gym Would definitely go back again. Chris and Sharon
