Not really a five star
The rooms are cleaned but need updating. Hoyle staff are very friendly including the animation team. The activity around the pool were very good but very repetitive each day, would of been good for some change. The food and drinks are very expensive if you aren't all inclusive. The sun bed situation is very bad as they say they will remove the towels if not used but didn't remove only certain ones which isn't fair to all. The location is about a 20 mins walk from where the main restaurants are in the town.
We keep coming back!
This is the fourth time we have stayed here, and it is as relaxing and enjoyable as ever. The setting is beautiful and the food excellent, but what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. We had a few minor problems in our room when we arrived, all of which were resolved very quickly. In particular, our housekeeper was excellent. The floor staff at the terrace bar are amazing - Lubima is professionalism, conviviality and efficiency personified, as well as being a genuinely lovely person. She very much makes our holiday! The younger, seasonal staff look to her for guidance and clearly respect her. Joana is also attentive and efficient. Sadly, the bar manager does not seem to enhance this excellent team. Service at the beach bar by Nicolae is personal and highly efficient. Staff in the dining areas are also wonderful. In particular, Georgia is always pleasant, efficient and helpful - we notice at breakfast when it is her day off! There is a variety of restaurants offering diverse experiences, and we have never had a bad one. Ernest makes Romazzino a very special occasion, and both food and setting at Limani are stunning.

Hotel Overview
Excellent work from Lubima & Melissa from the Lobby Bar. Pool bar staff George & Nikki’s excellent.
Sorry to say entertainment does not meet the standard for kids and adults. Needs a lot more attention and conference guest need to be separate from payed guest as it was difficult to find seats at times.
