We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are suitably insured as soon as you book your holiday, protecting against unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your trip. It is a condition of booking that you must have suitable travel insurance. It is important that you purchase travel insurance that suitably covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make your booking.
Ensuring that your holidays are adequately protected is one of our main priorities. That's why we have specifically chosen Holiday Extras as our preferred provider to ensure that you are protected before and whilst you are travelling. Holiday Extras are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and have been awarded the “Best Travel Insurance Provider” by the Travel Weekly Globe awards for the past twelve years.
For more information or to obtain a quote please go to their website https://www.holidayextras.com/travel-insurance.html?agent=WK830 Or call them on 0800 083 3551 to speak to a friendly advisor.
Should you decide not to purchase your insurance policy from Holiday Extras, you must provide us with details of your alternative insurance. The insurance must apply to all persons named on the booking and for whom a premium has been paid. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if we discover that you do not have suitable insurance cover for your holiday - in this case cancellation charges as set out in our booking conditions will apply.
