Very nice hotel to visit .
From the beginning warm welcome.
Room,food ,entertainment great.
Enough space for many guests. 
All staff doing great job.
Special thank you for Said security for always be helpful and give me friendly advices when I asked.( always smile and happy to help).
Great location, taxis everywhere if needed, shops ,restaurants, bars around something for everyone. 
We will back in the future.

Lovely time in Hurgada

Very easy to relax environment, the staff could not do enough for me whilst there, very welcoming and made the stay go smoothly, had no major issues whilst there. 
Hotel itself is well maintained and presented, an army of staff seem to ensure place is maintained and any defects seemingly rectified straight away. 
Some of the outer facing rooms are a bit dated however I feel these will likely be next to get refurbished like the inner facing rooms. Despite this room was still nice and had all features I needed.
Meals I actually found quite varied if you went at a reasonable time, the a la carte restaurants are also available and you got 2 free bookings which was more than enough, never eat a lot in high temperatures anyway but suppose it I wanted to I would have happily booked the a la cartes more.
Entertainment was varied and most the time there was something going on, hotel animators very good at getting people involved.
Was also my birthday whilst there and was given a birthday cake which was a nice touch.
Only downside, which was in no way due to the hotel, was experiencing the Pharaoh's revenge for 1.5 days, hotel staff and management could not have been more helpful with this offering different meals and help for getting medicines which in the end I didn't require. Definitely let you know you were being looked after.
Overall for the cost this is a phenomenal place, I paid the same for a 3 star hotel I Tenerife last year and this hotel is on another planet for quality.
If you're British you'll likely be in the minority during November, a lot of Russian and eastern European visitors but wasn't an issue, just an observation.
Have already looked to book next year with friends, may try one of the other Sunrise hotels not decided yet but I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Aqua Joy.
Oh and book the quad safari, the minibus ride is an adventure in itself.

Great introduction to Egypt.

Amazing Hotel feels like 🏡 home

Great stay. Started off shaky with a couple of issues but the mark of a great hotel experience isn't just when things work it's how it's dealt with when they go wrong.  I have to say this is where they do excel .

Great room dated but very serviceable.
Food was Excellent and no tummy troubles
Drinks were also decent
Pools enjoyed main pool and spent time at the beach later in the day
Ala carte loved the Italian and Asian. Egyption was OK I don't think I chose well.  Burger place really good too. 

Things I'd love to see
Natural Yoghurt with the desserts as  ice cream not available in buffet restaurant.

I'd also like to see a Seperate breakfast space the main one is too busy I have autism and I'd love to have a more usable space even if that is cereal, pastries, eggs, cold meats, fruit, juice, coffee.

More enthusiastic animation team  hardly got approached to join in or encouraged. They spent most of their time on phones or trying to engage with younger crowd. They seemed bored and lacked motivation.  Music round main pool was hardly on.  When it was it was at a very good level but lasted short time then went off.  Would have been nice same low level but longer. 

The reception had live music by keyboard, violin, sax, guitar etc.  Would like that to be daily rather than every other day. And placed in a better area so more people could appreciate it. Right opposite main door is not the place.   

That would elevate the offer.  

Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would return.  Appreciated the invite to the cocktail meeting and Mohammed asking for feedback also he walked around the hotel speaking to guests looking for new ideas .  

They do a lovely offer for the space the hotel occupies. Few tweaks and it could be amazing.

Lovely hotel always looking to improve

Staff is the best. We love how welcoming they are.  Our room was nice and clean.
Transfer was on time.  Hotel is near to the shopping street. It was our sixth time at that hotel and it feels like a home.  The hotel has good quest relation manager- Jenya. She is really nice and helpful. The vacation in that hotel is relaxing. Atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing. The stay was worth the price. Pool was warm, to warm :).
