I will never return to this hotel again humiliating experience
very bad experience never come back
Check-out is after 12pm and while you are waiting for the bus to the airport they do not give you access to food and drinks like in other hotels. and no one informs you because you paid for the all-inclusive service
and they want to charge you extra for lunch and dinner last day

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout my visit.
Amazing vacation
We had a wonderful stay! The New animation team was fantastic – always friendly, energetic, and full of fun activities that made every day enjoyable. Tumbs up for Marco and Nicole and Jastin. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The service throughout the hotel was excellent; all staff members were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, under marvelous management. Thank you for making our holiday so special!
