An Outstanding Family Vacation – Truly One of the Best Resorts in Makadi Bay!
We had an amazing family vacation at Iberotel Makadi Beach by JAZ, and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until check-out.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and cleanliness throughout the entire resort was exceptional.
The food was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurants were well organized, and the quality and freshness of the food were excellent.
The beach was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with crystal-clear water and plenty of sunbeds available. The swimming pools were also well maintained and perfect for both adults and children.
The atmosphere around the resort was peaceful, elegant, and family-friendly. The entertainment team did a fantastic job with enjoyable activities and evening shows without being intrusive.
The gardens and landscaping were beautifully maintained, making every walk around the resort enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We couldn’t find anything to complain about. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation in Makadi Bay.
Had an amazing, and relaxing week
Location is best in makadi as it's beachfront and walk to beach is really short, atmosphere was relaxing and nice in the morning, fun and entertaining at night, best night shows honestly, got to see Malibu dance, water ballet, bellydance, and circus show all were soo good. Room was spacious and clean, got room 2210 pool view the view from the room is so good at all times, and room service staff were so nice, clean and trustworthy, ended up forgetting gold rings in the room and got back to find them neatly placed where I can easily find them. Best restaurant is definitely the beach restaurant, in terms of service and staff, loved all the staff, Ibrahim, Mohamed and Thomas, always so nice, warm and delicious food, definitely was our favourite. Didn't like the pool restaurant though, and main restaurant has seasons tbh not amazing everyday, again beach restaurant was best in terms of food tasting and atmosphere. Pool bar, Ahmed is a great server, and pools are spacious and nice, even my 2 years old loved the pool and never wanted to come out. Been to makadi star last summer but ibtrotel was definitely better.

Amazing location; very clean, calm and suitable for relaxation…the beach is sandy and nice for snorkeling…it’s the perfect destination for relaxation especially there are no loud parties at night!!!! apart from how amazing was our stay I would love to thank the working crew…Amr at the reception suggested lovely rooms for us, all working crew were LOVELY, hospitable and caring (alot of Mohameds, Mahmouds and Heshams) literally every single one of them everywhere on the beach, at restaurants, main dining hall…it was amazing…I am looking forward to come back next year with my family again…Rooms were very convenient for us and super clean, housekeeping was amazing!

A Truly Exceptional Resort Experience
I had a wonderful stay at Iberotel Makadi Beach by Jaz resort. It is an exceptional resort experience that combines comfort, relaxation, and excellent service. It is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Special thanks to Amr the receptionist for the warm welcome and excellent assistance in getting us comfortably settled into our room.
Everything at the resort was thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. The quality of service, facilities, accommodation, the overall experience exceeded expectations. Every aspect of the stay felt worth the investment. I look forward to returning in the future. I would highly recommend it.
