An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Jaz Aquaviva!"
We had an absolutely amazing time at Jaz Aquaviva! I was traveling with my family and children, and every single one of us enjoyed every moment. Everything about the resort was perfect—from the delicious food and the incredible aqua park that the kids loved, to the beautiful sandy beach.
A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ebraam at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our room safe, he didn't just send someone else; he came up to our room personally with a security and immediately to open it for us right after I called. That level of care and quick response is rare and truly appreciated.
Thank you, Jaz Aquaviva, for making our family vacation so smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
Excellent as always
Our 2nd time here as a family (5th time myself) and we all enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way for anything you may need. We spent a lot of time at the baby pools and our life guard Ramadan was so attentive and kind to our children 2&4, he made their holiday something to remember, he got us floaties & played with them both during our stay.
Food was hit and miss, some nights there was lots to choose from and others not so much, but this is down to personal opinion so you may enjoy each night.
Regarding illnesses, myself and my 4 year old both had a dodgy tummy, and my 2 year old and dad had some sickness (nothing serious) once guest relations found out they made sure we had everything we needed (extra water in the rooms ect).
The barman Waleed needs an extra mention, nothing is too big to ask, he will go out of his way to help you, he’s brilliant with our children, the best barman in the hotel for sure.
Avoid the shops near the beach as the staff are very pushy and will get offended if you don’t buy from them. We was cornered into a shop with our two small children basically forced into buying something so we could leave.
Our cleaner (block 1) was brilliant, left cool designs on our bed which made both children very happy, I even joined in and left him some which he was impressed with. Done a very good job with cleaning the room & left it spotless everyone, he even brung round chocolates each evening for us all which was so kind.
Despite some small issues we will definitely be back again, and hope to see Waleed again.
First Visit to Egypt
A trip to Egypt is an important one, so you want it to go well. Our choice to stay at Jaz hotel was a great one and it definitely helped to make the experience very memorable. Great Staff, Good Food and great facilities.

A Wonderful and Relaxing Experience
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again
Our 6th year returning ….still our favourite holiday destination!!
This was our 6th year returning to Jaz Aqua Viva, and once again we have had an amazing stay. We have travelled here in many different ways — with a large family group of 15 people including children, with smaller family groups and friends, and I have also travelled here by myself with my youngest children.
I can honestly say we have never had a problem. We always feel completely safe, welcomed and looked after. There is always something to do, with a great variety of entertainment and activities for everyone. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from Hurghada and with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxing but also exploring.
A special mention has to go to Mohammed, one of the pool bar staff. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are having the best stay possible. He checks that we are okay, makes sure we always have our drinks, and is always happy to help with anything we need. He even takes the time to ask if everything is okay with our rooms and gives us helpful information and suggestions if we need advice about trips or things to do.
Mohammed always makes us feel comfortable and welcome, and it has become something we look forward to every year — seeing a familiar friendly face who remembers us and makes our holiday even more special.
We cannot fault Jaz Aqua Viva and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend for families, couples, friends, or even solo travellers.
