Wonderful holiday thanks to different relaxing areas on the pool, lagoon and beach. Various restaurants options offering always excellent cuisine. Impeccable cleaning service of our room 6217 thanks to Hossam Hamdy. Planet spa with various professional services very well explained and suggested from Sam. All people from to beach, to the barsand restaurant are amazing: always smiling, very nice, kind and professional from early morning till night! Highly suggested!!!

Unbearable music at the beach
I gave only 2 stars due to the behavior of the animation team. They were often playing two different songs simultaneously at maximum volume, which made it impossible to relax on the beach. The music — mostly loud Italian disco — was not to everyone's taste, and unfortunately, there was no option to avoid it. Attempts to raise this issue with staff were unsuccessful, and in some cases, the volume was even increased after complaints. That said, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

hell yeah
the hotel is great cause theres so many places you can go and so much everything everywhere theres a lot of pools and restaurants. the animators are working pretty hard because theres so much going on. theres often dances or exercises with them. they’re all nice and respectful.
The best hotel
We really enjoy food and this hotel. It is so fun here and the animation is great. Room looks beautiful and also gym i very nice.
Good time to spend time
Is good hotel and good animators good to spend time with family and good WiFi resort, i like the show , food is good and all is good.
