I am deeply insulted and shocked by the treatment I received during my checkout at this hotel. What should have been a smooth departure turned into a humiliating ordeal when the front desk staff openly accused me of stealing two bathrobes from my room. Instead of handled professionally, the situation was treated with a complete lack of tact, making me feel like a criminal in the middle of the lobby. To make matters worse, after a stressful and embarrassing back-and-forth, I was forced to open my luggage by myself to be searched in-front of one of the staff members, and of course no bathrobes were found inside.

The hotel looks as if it was created so that people would forget what real life is. Palm trees, the sea, silence and the feeling that you can be rewritten into another version of yourself – more calm and suspiciously satisfied with life. You leave the hotel, and you are already in the water of the pool, walk a little, and you are already in the velvet sea, which envelops you with pleasure. And life tells you: dive. And I, as a person with character, dived, swam every morning with the appearance of a person who has learned the meaning of life. Sun, water, birds – and I, who temporarily does not advise anyone, does not certify the deal and does not put a seal.
The atmosphere at Baron Palace Resort Shahl Hasheesh Deluxe is so relaxed, and every little thing is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is always ready to help – whether on the beach, in the room, or in the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters are attentive and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
Very bad experience!!!
I stayed at Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh last year, and my only criticism at the time was that the food quality needed improvement. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay in June 2026, the situation had deteriorated dramatically.
The food quality was far below the standard one would expect from a luxury five-star resort. It was so poor that I felt compelled to speak directly with the Executive Chef, who acknowledged my concerns and even offered to prepare special meals exclusively for my family. I declined the offer because my expectation is that every guest, not just those who complain, should receive food of the highest quality. A resort of this caliber should deliver excellence consistently to all its guests.
What happened at checkout, however, was even more unacceptable. As we were leaving for the airport to catch our flight, we were unexpectedly accused of stealing two bathrobes. Despite the seriousness of this accusation, I immediately gave the staff full permission to search all of our luggage. As expected, no bathrobes were found, confirming that the accusation was completely unfounded.
Being subjected to such an embarrassing and baseless accusation at the end of what had already been a disappointing stay was deeply upsetting. Rather than ending our holiday on a positive note, it left us feeling humiliated and profoundly disappointed.
Based on both the unacceptable decline in food quality and the unprofessional handling of our checkout, I cannot recommend Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh. Regrettably, after this experience, neither my family nor I intend to return, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking the level of service and hospitality expected from a luxury property.

We have had an amazing time here at the baron hotel Sherie on reception was so helpful and always had a smile on his face. The laundry team who are never see also fantastic service. Overall this hotel is outstanding with professional staff and service in every area of this hotel. The entertainment was OK nothing special but everything else was good. Would we come back of course we would thank you Baron team for making g our holiday special.
