This amazing resort is located 20 km from the city of Hurghada and 18km from its airport. It has everything visitors could possibly need to enjoy a memorable stay. There is a private beach with a jetty leading to two natural lagoons, a sunken city to explore and an old town that is the commercial and entertainment hub. Among the numerous amenities are three outdoor pools, a choice of water sports, a spa and fitness centre, tennis and volleyball courts and a built in outdoor hot tub. A vast array of eating experiences can be enjoyed in the resort's restaurants. There are a selection of bars that offer a wide range of drinks from cocktails to oriental hot and cold beverages. The beautiful elegantly designed rooms have either a sea or a mountain view and a terrace or a balcony. They have air-conditioning, satellite television, hi speed internet, a safe and a mini-bar.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very clean, the food is amazing, and the staff are extremely professional.

Distressing Experience and Poor Complaint Handling
We stayed at this hotel for 16 days, expecting the standard of a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
During our stay, I suffered repeated insect bites over several days. At first we thought they were mosquito bites, but later we found and photographed an insect in our room that looked very similar to a bed bug. This caused significant anxiety, several sleepless nights and completely affected our ability to relax.
We immediately informed both the hotel and our tour operator. The hotel inspected the room and changed the bed linen. Although no evidence of bed bugs was reportedly found afterwards, this did not change the fact that I had already experienced repeated bites and considerable stress.
After returning home, we submitted a formal complaint. Nearly five months later, both the hotel and Sunweb rejected any compensation or goodwill gesture. For a 5-star hotel, we expected much better customer care.
Relaxing Holiday
We spent two weeks here in June 2026 and had a very relaxing holiday. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. A special mention for Joseph in the Mermaid Bar and Saad in the restaurant who were both brilliant. We found the food very good and plentiful.
