Excellent Hotel in an excellent location - Always great
The location of this hotel (Soma Bay) is upmarket and an excellent supplement to the hustle and bustle of eg Cairo - you come here to rest and relax (and be spoiled). After the recent renovations, the rooms and other facilities are fresh and upmarket. Besides the physical appeal of the property, the good food and service, the staff's attitude from reception to the beach cannot be complimented more. Speaking to some of the other guests, some are back for the 15th time, and one can understand why - we will be back next year for sure.

Amazing Vacation with my Family
One of my Best vacations with my family , the hotel is so Great with so much excellent facilities after the renewal , the sea and the pool are amazing and so much charming vibes , All The staff are so Helpful and respectable and Rooms & Resturants are so new and clean :) Special Thanks To Mr Ibrahim who help us to have this Beautiful vacation and also To Mr Boris the Genarl Manger for having this amazing place & Staff . I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have an amazing vacation ") ")")

A wonderful hotel
A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location for a true getaway—free from loud beach music—where Mustafa and Sayed are always on hand to attend to your every need or request immediately. It is the only hotel we have visited in Hurghada where waiters personally serve you for every order, whether in the restaurants or on the beach. I cannot praise the room cleanliness enough, especially thanks to the care of Nabil Elkholy, who ensures every detail is perfect and makes your stay in your room truly wonderful. As for cocktails, I have to mention Vince who with his magic and passion, he creates cocktails that will leave you amazed... All in all, the hotel is an eleven out of ten in every respect...

Great Hotel, Amazing Staff
I have always been a fan of Marriott hotels because of the great hospitality they offer, and this hotel was no exception.
This was my first stay at Sheraton Soma Bay. We were a family of six adults with children.
The hotel is new and has a nice medium-sized water park that was great for the kids (5-year-olds). We adults enjoyed it as well. It doesn’t have many pools, but it has one large main pool and one or two smaller pools for kids. The hotel also has a long, sandy beach, which we really liked.
We stayed on a B&B basis, so I can only comment on the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent—we absolutely enjoyed it. The quality was spot on, with a great variety of cheeses, cold cuts, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, pastries, and all the other breakfast staples you would expect from a Marriott hotel. We also loved that they served Turkish coffee and iced coffee during breakfast.
The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was smiling, eager to help, and genuinely trying to make our stay memorable, from the team members to the managers. I had the chance to interact with more than one manager in the restaurant area, and they were always cheerful, attentive, and happy to offer assistance.
