An experience to return to again and again
We recently returned from an outstanding holiday at Blue Reef Oasis. From start to finish the experience was first class, We returned after a break of many years, the grounds, pools and restaurants and especially the staff were exceptional , a credit to Mr Mehmet and his management team and the hundreds of staff from chefs to gardeners and everyone in between , the rooms are airy and well presented, well looked after by the housekeeping staff, all areas are spotless, the service by staff went above and beyond to help , a special mention for Mr Ashraf EAM Food, always available .a great guy who went to his out his way to make sure all was to his standard ( thermometer at the ready lol ) which it was ,hot food and plates , a word for Chef Muhterem a great character always busy , we really liked the sunset court, and la romantic and fishermen’s restaurants ,Ahmed Saad a young star for the future, finally the reason for holiday chill, we used the adults relax pool everyday ,and the bar and pool staff were ab/fab specifically Essam for keeping the drinks and crisps coming, and Ehab for his service and attention re towels, beds and the sun shades thank you, and last but not least, Emma at guest relations always doing the rounds asking and helping with anything you needed all in all wonderful holiday, see you all in October Our Thanks Bill and Catherine

Unbelievable holiday
Where do I start, what a fantastic holiday from start to finish. Room was ok needs a refurb but spotless and cleaned daily, spent our days at the relax pool, clean and the bar service was impeccable, late drinks by the arena bar yet again service brilliant. Food was really good in the buffet, Al a carte was unbelievable service and food excellent. Overall what makes this hotel is the staff, so pleasant eagerness to help is mind-blowing, which I can't express enough. Will we return YES we will, thanks to all the staff you made a great holiday unbelievable. Till the next time insha'Allah ❤️
Amazing hotel and staff
Can highly reccomend the Reef Oasis Blue Bay resort, stayed for a week but wish it was longer!
When we arrived the hotel manger had a meeting with us and gave us all of the information and made sure everything was correct with rooms etc. The resort is so big and beautiful, the grounds are maintained beautifully and there is a bus that takes you around the hotel running very frequently which is amazing given the size! The drivers were amazing helping me on and off with a buggy and my toddler as well. So many beautiful pools to explore and it never feels over crowded because there are enough pools for everyone! The beach is lovely too and have some beautiful fish!
Our rooms were cleaned everyday, we stayed in rooms 4132/ 4232 between the 4th and 11th June and our cleaner was lovely he always took time to speak to us and make sure we had everything we needed, and made my mums birthday very special with beautiful towel art!
All of the staff at the hotel were amazing, we mostly went to the the Bay view, Sunset court and Italian resturant for our meals and also the pub and the staff were all amazing, they always got the baby chair ready for us and always remembered our drinks order and nade sure we had enough drinks! All the staff was amazing with my daughter (18 months old) as well!
We went on a private speed boat to Tiran Island with the hotel watersport team - this was amazing value and they were so helpful and friendly. Deffinately recomend this hotel!
The staff go over and beyond for you we will deffinately be back soon!

This was our second visit. We were not disappointed. The staff make our holiday at this hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Emma on guest relations is incredible and can’t do anymore to make your stay the best. Omar the beach lifeguard was amazing, chatty, helpful and very knowledgable. Our room was cleaned by Wael everyday, who did a fantastic job, towel art was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We are a family of four from England, one son has Coeliac disease which is a challenge to manage. All the restaurants were very accommodating. The snack bars were a struggle as no gluten free pizza, so the only option was a few fries. The highlights for us are all the incredible staff and the location on the reef. We saw so many fish, a huge manta ray, a turtle. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday so special
