This is a 3-star hotel pretending to be a 5-star hotel.
Sharm El Sheikh is an amazing destination, and I’d absolutely recommend visiting, but I’d seriously consider staying at a different hotel.
The rooms and especially the bathrooms look nothing like the photos online. They’re very old, need renovation, and definitely don’t match what’s advertised. We booked a triple room, but it was just a double room with an extra bed that was extremely uncomfortable.
The food was okay. If you’re not picky, you’ll always find something to eat, but it didn’t feel very fresh. The biggest issue for me was the cups—they often looked dirty, especially around the pool, so we kept asking for paper cups instead.
The beach and pools were honestly the best part. They were clean, well maintained, and great for families.
The staff weren’t rude, but they were definitely not trained to a 5-star standard. Service was slow, they seemed to expect tips for everything, and one of the pool staff made inappropriate comments toward us in Arabic, assuming we wouldn’t understand. That was very disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
The shuttle bus between the rooms, pools, and beach sounds convenient, but in reality it’s slow and frustrating. The waterfall wasn’t working, the tram/elevator wasn’t working, and even the room phone didn’t work.
One last thing: read the details of the “all-inclusive” package carefully because it doesn’t actually include everything you might expect.
Overall, I’ve stayed in 3- and 4-star hotels with much better service and cleaner facilities than this “5-star” resort.
Amazing place and wonderful experience with our special staff and bar tender ismail mohsen We was received as VIP
very unpleasant staff, especially the one working at the reception in the bar, a man with glasses. As a hotel, you should be really interested in having customers come back. I can immediately rate it from 10 to 1. With such service, you will lose customers. I work in customer service myself and I really know what the service procedure should be.
I really liked the atmosphere of this hotel. Absolutely all the staff is very kind and constantly smiling, the animations are very funny especially in the evening. The food is delicious, and the rooms are cleaned well. The location of the hotel is large and there are many good places for photos. The only thing I didn't like was that the funicular wasn't working and it was an inconvenience . The noise level is quite good. The value of this hotel is a funicular, as it is very difficult without it in hot weather.
this is the most top hotel in Sharm Elsik especially the TMs in terms of warm hospitality and friendly smiling
