Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort

We had a wonderful holiday at Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort and were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and of a very high standard. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The whole resort is attractive, spacious and very well cared for.

The food was varied, tasty and of good quality, with plenty of choice at every meal. We would especially like to thank the staff of the Sentido main restaurant. They were consistently attentive, efficient, friendly and professional, and they made every meal a very pleasant experience.

We would also like to give special thanks to the staff at the Sentido Terrace. Their service was excellent throughout our stay – always kind, welcoming and attentive.

The Sentido beach staff also deserve special recognition. They were helpful, friendly and well organised, and they contributed a lot to making our days by the sea so enjoyable. The beach itself is clean and beautifully maintained, the water is crystal clear, and the coral reef directly in front of the hotel is excellent for snorkeling.

The organisation of our whole holiday was also very professional and smooth, from the booking and transfers to the local assistance.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. We can confidently recommend Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing holiday in Sharm El Sheikh.

My review of this hotel: (10 days 2 adults 2 children)

Will start with the negatives..

• The water park: it needs a bit of a refurb, its very dated. 3 of the slides and one pool was closed the whole time we was there. It looked dirty and dated.
• The main pool in the 5* Sentido side, you can not dive or jump in the pools, the life guards love their whistles, its non stop if someone does the smallest jump, saying that my husband dived in every day and just gave the lifeguard a thumbs up. 🤣 some of the tiles by the pool are broken and need a little tlc.

The positives:

• The room - Spacious and very clean. We had 2 double beds in the room and 2 single beds for the kids. Air con worked very well. We was on the 2nd level which I would recommend for privacy.
• The pools - apart from the silly no jumping rule, they were nice, always managed to get a sunbed, the lifeguards always put towels down on where we liked to go, they were always warm and clean.
• Cleanliness - the hotel is so clean, staff are always cleaning, the floors are cleaned at least twice a day.
• The staff, big shout out to Fad & Muhammed from the blue bar, their service was incredible. All the staff are so friendly & helpful at all times, and couldn't do enough for you.
• The food, so we went to egypt 2 years ago and the food was rubbish so this time we planned to go out alot for dinner, but the food was not what I expected, mo's restaurant was small but quality over quantity was better. They had king prawns, lasagna, sushi. The meat was good. Tables always avaliable and clean. We went to the Italian A'la carte twice and the grill once, the Italian was amazing, the grill was nice but service was rubbish.
• The beach - is stunning, there is a separate area from Sentido guests, can always get a bed no matter what time of the day, and waiter service. So many fish by the coral 🪸

Overall the hotel is great, its so clean & friendly. The drinks are good and food is so good too!

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
