The hotel expierince was amazing, the breakfast was amazing, and the animation team were amazing. The staff were very helpful. And the cleaners did a great job. The rooms were pretty nice but the beds were less comfy.
Fantastic entertainment
The entertainment team are simply amazing especially Jasmine - they are excellent keeping us all active and highly entertained. Children of all ages are well looked after and kept happy - highly recommend 😁

Lovely week
From the moment we arrived the hotel was so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff. The restaurant staff are fab and if you can’t find something you like please ask and they will get I for you, always with a smile and so polite. The staff in the bar are so attentive delivering drinks to our sun loungers as soon as we had finished. The life guards are by far the most funny, polite and friendly, laying our towels out for us mornings, asking if we’re ok constantly and joining in with everybody. The entertainment staff I would say need a lot of work, I think the dj thought he was in Ibiza! The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. And had to constantly ask them to turn it down. Overall I would and will be returning.
