Terrible experience
The only highlight of my stay at Gafy Resort was the reception team, especially Ramy, who was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was also comfortable.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the F&B team was unprofessional, even arguing with each other in front of guests. Basic breakfast items were constantly empty, and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get cereal for my kids, despite asking several chefs. I eventually had to speak to the Executive Chef myself.
The recreation/animation team was unfriendly, arrogant, and showed little interest in engaging with guests. I also noticed that some staff appeared much friendlier and more attentive to non-Arab guests, which was disappointing and did not feel fair. The WIFI is terrible, either reconnecting or no network at all
This hotel has potential, but it urgently needs better food quality, stronger restaurant management, and customer service training.

The worst hotel
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is terribly dirty and the staff is unfriendly. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't stay here.
Need to improve food and animation
Location is great Beach is beautiful Animation weak Food quality and choices are aweful Heated pool is very cold Very clean Staff are super helpful and welcoming
