Stayed for 4 weeks- August 2026. Do not stay here, it’s is FILTHY. I have never written a review before but this is the worst place we have EVER been and I feel I need to WARN people to STAY AWAY! The positive reviews are fake. The animations team get youngsters to put them on or they even take their phone and do them themselves! I do not have one positive thing to say about this place. The pool is filthy. Full of mouldy grout and pigeon feathers. It’s so cloudy, you cannot see your feet and you actually feel dirty when you get out, your skin feels tacky. The food is awful, no variety, very LITTLE meat and often trays are left empty, they are slow to refill them. No waiter service at all. If you get up for food, someone else will take your table as there aren’t enough for the amount of guests. The bars reuse plastic cups without washing them properly. You never get a glass, not even in the evening. You can taste the previous drink in them. So unhygienic. Drinks are incredibly poor anyway and taste terrible. We had stomach problems for the whole 4 weeks - no surprise. We had to go get medicine from the pharmacy and had already been very careful about what he ate and drank anyway. The pop is served out of bottles kept on the side in the heat, which is also flat in both the restaurant and the bars. Paid for all inclusive and drank only bottled water from the shop for the full last week of our holiday and basically lived in the McDonald’s next door. Not surprising just how many guests you saw in McDonald’s! Entertainment staff are borderline aggressive- they do not take a very polite no thank you for an answer and then call you lazy for not joining in. We’re supposed to be relaxing - we’re supposed to be on holiday! The kids net was full holes anyway, they spent more time retrieving their ball from where it had escaped through a hole in the net than playing. Spend some money and buy the kids a new net and clean the pool! I’m so glad I didn’t have children with me! The rooms are filthy, showers etc. I cleaned the wardrobe with wipes before I even dared unpack. Definitely not 4 stars, needs a refurb but most importantly, a very thorough clean!
