Staff were all lovely, polite and very friendly. Check in was good we had a small problem but tgat was just due to the launguage barrier but with a bit of time was sorted. We paid to keep our room on until 5 the day of departure The animation team went above and beyond to chat and make you feel welcome, also the cleaners were brilliant kept the rooms very clean, they also made decorations out of the towels The pool was lovely it did need a clean but as its open all year round i assume there no right day or time of year to empty it and scrub it. Taxis are really reasonable in the area and you can book them in reception. Our family did a few trips purchased in the hotel and they enjoyed them all. There was 6 of us pn holiday 3 of us were ok with the food and 3 didnt eat , we just had taxis to eat out. We loved our trip , the food does let the hotel down but everything else was brilliant , we would definatly return. It was a bargain for what we had even without the food. Drinks in the bars are proper coke, fanta , sprite etc. We didnt drink alcohol in the hotel but that was just personal choice. If you have booked or going to book hope you enjoy as much as we did.

Our holiday experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

One of the main issues was the attitude of the reception staff, which often felt inconsistent and dependent on the nationality of the guests. My partner and I had the impression that guests of Arabic and Russian origin received preferential treatment. This perception was reinforced by the staff's interactions with different guests and, in some cases, by communication difficulties, as English proficiency among some reception employees appeared limited.

For several nights we repeatedly complained about excessive noise caused by children running and shouting in the corridors, as well as guests using arcade machines late into the night, sometimes after 2 a.m. We were told that "Arabic families can stay up until 4 a.m." This was difficult to accept, as we came to the hotel to rest, not to listen to noise until the early hours. There were also no visible notices encouraging guests to keep noise levels down in residential areas.

The only person who genuinely seemed concerned about our comfort was Anna, one of the hotel coordinators. After a week of complaints, she managed to arrange a room change for us, moving us to a quieter room away from the reception area. She followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Anna, along with several friendly members of staff, was one of the few positive aspects of our stay.

Housekeeping was acceptable but not always up to the expected standard. While the staff appeared to do their best, cleanliness could have been improved.

The food was another disappointment, particularly breakfast. The selection was limited and repetitive. Mashed potatoes at breakfast were unusual, and after several days of eating boiled eggs and omelettes, there were very few alternatives. The bread often did not seem fresh, butter was frequently unavailable, and the cheese and processed meat selection was of poor quality. Lunch and dinner offered more variety, but the dining experience was negatively affected by a significant problem with flies in the restaurant area. This is an issue that should be addressed more effectively.

Unfortunately, I also suffered a stomach infection accompanied by severe diarrhoea for three days during our stay. While I cannot prove the source, I suspect it may have been related to the water used for washing fruit and vegetables or for making ice.

Another issue was the inconsistent application of hotel rules. We witnessed guests regularly taking large amounts of food out of the restaurant in bags and containers, yet we were told we could not take a single dessert back to our room and had to eat it by the pool.

We were also unable to find the advertised "late breakfast" or "light snacks" at any point during our stay.

The hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The swimming pool requires maintenance, and in several places we noticed unsecured cables protruding from walls, which raised safety concerns.

Although our second room was in a much quieter location, we experienced a serious drainage problem. After showering, water would back up through another drain and flood the bathroom floor.

The transport arrangements were also inconvenient. Seats on the shuttle bus to the beach had to be reserved the previous afternoon between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and availability for trips to the town centre was extremely limited.

Finally, what reinforced our concerns about inconsistent treatment occurred during the last days of our stay. Our private transfer was scheduled for 6:30 p.m., so I requested a late check-out until 5 p.m. Initially, the reception staff agreed and informed me that payment could be made the following day because they did not have change for a $50 note. However, when I returned the next morning with the correct amount, the same receptionist refused the extension without providing a satisfactory explanation.

Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, particularly Anna's professionalism and helpfulness, the numerous issues with noise, food quality, cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and inconsistent rule enforcement made this a disappointing experience.

I had an amazing stay at Panorama Naama Heights in Sharm El Sheikh. The entire experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.Rooms: The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable.
