Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was amazing the food excellent the communal areas very clean. But what let it down was the rooms need a freshen up and new furniture etc like curtains fridge but the SHOWER ROOMS need ripping out and starting again they are outdated grubby and not very nice.. if the rooms were attended to and upgraded this would be an excellent hotel with great location
Stayed for one week. The hotel may be a little dated but that does not detract from it being a lovely holiday experience. Every single member of staff was amazing all very friendly and helpful. Pool area nice. Amazing staff on the bar there. Food in restaurant was good with plenty of choice and catering for all tastes. Again all staff absolutely lovely. Waiter knew what our drink choices were and brought them to table within a couple of mins of us sitting down. Restaurant manger very attentive asked daily if we needed anything and the special meal again very nice. Day trip organised by Tony to rad Mohammed excellent and so was night out to Hard Rock Cafe organised by alissa. Overall excellent holiday thank you. Free shuttle bus to beach if you fancy a change from pool is provided.
honestly without a doubt the best holiday experience we’ve ever had
the food was absolutely exceptional, so much choice every day and the desserts are definitely something everyone needs to try. genuinely couldn’t fault the food at all
the staff work incredibly hard and honestly make the whole experience so much better, special thanks to alina, alessia and mamdoh from the entertainment team, genuinely some of the kindest people we’ve met and they made the holiday EVEN better
definitely recommend booking some of the outdoor events that the entertainment staff organise, especially the hard rock cafe trip, we also did the snorkelling and DEFINITELY do the quadbikes, honestly one of the best parts of the holiday
we didn’t really go out of the resort that much because everything we needed was already there, but whenever we did go out it was always really nice
overall we had such an amazing time here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, massive thank you to all the staff especially alina, alessia and mamdoh for making it such a good experience

I highly recommend this hotel because of its ideal location in the city center. It takes just a two-minute walk to reach the boulevard, and the beach is right there—featuring sand and a gradual entry into the water, making it perfect for children—all while offering a beautiful view of the city. As for the hotel itself, it offers amazing comfort and cleanliness. The cuisine is diverse and delicious. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are top-notch everywhere—in the rooms, the dining area, the pool, and the courtyard (with excellent water quality maintenance). The staff is wonderful; they are pleasant, highly professional, and distinguished by their culture and sense of responsibility. It is a peaceful, comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment, offering plenty of surprises and opportunities for a great time. This is my first time in Egypt, and the local staff truly impressed me with their high level of culture. I plan to return with my family and will definitely stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay again
