The magic world entertainment crew have so many different opportunities and all have been the most amazing experiences foam parties on the beach karaoke etc

Now that I’ve returned home and settled back into normality, I thought I’d take the time to leave a review of my recent trip Sharm El Sheikh. Specifically the Jaz Neo Namma Bay. Formerly known as the old Solymar Hotel.

I stayed here with my husband.

Firstly. Wow. This hotel is not only absolutely stunning but was absolutely exactly what we’d expected and more. Every single staff member there could not do enough for you. They’re all so friendly and welcoming, we almost felt like we’d been there if not before but for a very long time.

Our trip was booked for 7 days, but after a mishap with our flights we had to extend for a further 2 days and boy, are we glad that we did.

The animation team, were absolutely exceptional. They were more like friends than staff members. Each and every one of them were fun, informative, chatty and very professional. I’d just like to give an extra mention of Chloe and Alessia. There was another young girl there who unfortunately I can’t quite remember her name and the young chap who does the Aqua Arobics sessions in the morning. There was just so many names to remember and again, unfortunately I did catch his either. But they were all so full of life and energy and just a pleasure to be around.

The pool bar - MOHAMMED!!!! We absolutely adored this man, he couldn’t do enough for each and every one of his guests. In nearly 40 degree heat and with the bar very busy at times, every single day that absolute angel was amazing to everyone. He would make sure everybody had everything they needed, would even do rounds of the pools to ask if anybody wanted any drinks or ice creams. Collected peoples glasses and never ever once complained about a single thing. This man honestly deserves a medal for doing what he does. Not only was his drinks absolutely refreshing and delicious but the service was just tip top and couldn’t have been any better! Mohammed was an absolute sweetheart and we’re very sad not to see him waving at us with his big smiles in the mornings anymore.

The Resturant manager also, I think his name was something like Ehmid not 100% sure. But he was an absolute gem. Always so friendly and welcoming when guests were coming in and out of the Resturant. Was very informative on the foods and just an all round lovely man. Again, he couldn’t do enough for his guests. Even offers people private special steak cooked meals towards the end of their holidays and just makes sure that each and every guest was totally satisfied.

The upstairs bar, young man named Amir. The presentation on his drinks was insane. Hand carved love hearts from fruit in your drinks, delicious to say the least but all round just amazing customer service and a very friendly person! He definitely knows how to get the party started!

The rooms were spotless and cleaned every single day, our cleaner designed several things with the towels and real, fresh flower petals on our beds most days and never once expected tips for it. Although we did leave monies for it of course. We found our self most days getting excited to go back to our rooms to see what they had made for us, every single day the designs were completely different! We had fresh bottles of waters in our rooms every day without fail, plenty of coffee&tea etc topped up in our room for the kettle etc.

The hotel manager helped us with our flight mishap and although his face was very hard to read at first (we were very worried they were going to make us leave) - this turned out to be completely wrong and he did absolutely everything he could to ensure that we were stress free and had somewhere to stay and the entire process just made us feel so at ease and we can’t thank him enough! He was an absolute ANGEL.

The foods were a little hit or miss for me, but purely because I can be quite a picky eater but even with that in mind - I still managed to eat quite comfortably from their wide variety of choices and can confidently say we were pretty satisfied.

All in all, we’ve had an absolutely amazing holiday and beautiful time here and all of the staff just made it an entirely different experience and we can’t thank each and every one of you enough. We’ve already been talking to family members about hopefully bringing them back here with us in the near future. So, Jaz Neo expect to see us again 100%!
