Super family holiday. Very Allergy aware
Fantastic holiday. I've never been to a hotel with more genuinely friendly and helpful staff. My daughter has a severe egg allergy and the head chef and patisserie chef checked every dish I asked about and made her special desserts for each meal. I've never felt so safe for her. Fantastic food. The grounds are absolutely immaculate and the pool is soooo warm. 3 constant life guards were always watching the pool and got us sunbeds as soon as we got to the pool. Only downside is that my mum struggled with the steps around the complex and found getting in and out of the pool hard.
For the hotel
We had an incredible stay at Jaz Neo Naama Bay! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices at every meal. All the hotel staff were extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming. A special thanks to Alina and the entire animation team for their amazing energy, friendliness, and fun activities throughout the day. They truly made our holiday special. Highly recommended to everyone!

Best Hotel ever and Nice Reception staff especially Momen
I gas a wonderful stay at Jaz neo Naama baby the hotel is beautiful very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere the roma were comfortable the Facilities were well maintained a special thank to Reception team for their warm welcome and i world especially like to recognize Moamen and Amir they were incrediply friendly respectful and attentive i highly recommend Jaz neo Naama baby sharm
Amazing hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.
Great hotel small but nice
We stayed in a family room sea view the staff were fantastic the manager went out of his way to make sure you get everything you need to eat my daughter is very fussy and they made her chicken nuggets and chips every day pool bar staff fab animation team fantastic lovely hotel
