Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly, Saleem especially has made us feel very welcome and has been happy to help us with any issues we’ve had.

We’ve returned again
Has it says in the title returned again and so glad we have, and will be returning again this September so relaxing, all the staff are fantastic they have all a smile on their face and nothing is to much trouble for them, The garden down to the beach is fantastic well done to the gardener’s, the food is fantastic if you can’t find anything to eat the I don’t know what you eat at home, all the staff in the restaurants are great friendly and will do anything for you, the bar staff are fantastic if you drink the same drink a lot of the time there’s another one coming as you are finishing the last one,And well done to a few special friends at beach bar Mohamed Atia Ahmed,Thomas And Mostafa bar manager Great crew And also to Mohamed our house keeper room 123 plus these to people who run the restaurant like a well oiled machine Mahmoud Duty Manager and Mohamed Restaurant Manager

Jacopo, Marta, room 280 Mohamed was very kind and his work was immaculate: very special “towel art” and always ready to take gentle care of us. Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful location. Shukran!
Very nice place
The place is very nice and people are extremely helpful and nice Abdelhaleem is a very helpful and patient I had a problem with the ac and abdelhaleem fixed it in 10 seconds
