Everything was class, from the staff to the private beach! Would recommend if you want a chill relaxed all inclusive trip to sharm!

This is a fabulous hotel resort!! Genuine 5 star facilities and service.

It’s got big pools, the pool areas roll onto the beach and aqua blue sea. It’s a stunning location with incredible views. The room was spacious, mini bar (extras), had a seated lounge space, king size bed, walk in shower and wet room. Plenty of space and compared favourably with other places we’ve stayed. Rooms changed daily, beach towels changed daily and 2 fresh 1l bottles of drinking water delivered - no worries about wasting money on water for teeth etc Towel and bed displays done beautifully every day with flowers and petals! The pools were great, no shortage of beds and every bed is set under shading pergolas - necessary in the heat (real feel 50c). The pool, pool bar and beach bar staff were incredible waiting on and making sure you were never without a drink, lolly’s or ice cream for long. Massive thanks to Mohammed round the pool. Amr and Yousef the pool bar kings for never letting us get thirsty! Food was great, outdoor grill and BBQ at lunch and dinner alongside the buffet style restaurant that you’d expect. The quality was top level with a good variety and especially good pasta station. Breakfast had eggs as you like, including omelettes and a good mix of options. My wife doesn’t eat meat and managed to keep herself happy with a decent mix of salad and healthy options. Overall, TOP scores. Drinks including cocktails (done well) were available 24/7. The beer was good and they had draft local and cans of local beers too. Pepsi, 7up and Miranda (orange) all good. Entertainment was good on a night with music etc. there were bars on the beach pool and near the reception. Location good for the airport less than 15 mins. You can get out by taxi to visits soho square and the old market. But really no need to as the on site shop is good sells everything and is priced okay too. Overall, this was a week of sun and being looked after by the fantastic staff in the hotel. Better in terms of location than when we went to Hurghada in terms of views, the sea and airport transfer. It felt safe and relaxed at all times.
The hotel had a mix of residents mostly Italian and European with a smaller number of British but you were well looked after. Would definitely go back here!!!! Food 5🌟 Room 5🌟 Food 5🌟 Pools / Beach 5🌟 Staff 5🌟+ !!

Myself and partner stayed at this hotel, my friend also travelled along. While we were worried my friend maybe located far away from our room, as a lone traveler we emailed the hotel to see if they could help keep her near us. I got a prompt reply stating "a note had been left at booking and they will try their best" We were surprised they managed to give her the room next door which relieved a lot of stress. The hotel is very relaxed, even the sales people were happy to chat but also new when to leave. Bar staff at the pool bar were the best!! "Geezer" cant remember his name but thats all he kept calling my partner, he waited on us even though we were happy to walk to our sunbeds with our own drinks. Hotel is clean. Staff are lovely, even the house keeping team were great, made our bed in to a heart and with flowers round it for my partners birthday and done other towel origami. I will certainly be back, never had problems getting a sunbed, the beach was wonderful 😍 and only a 10min if that taxi ride to soho square and hotel arranges taxis.
