Jaz Mirabel Resort

Our holiday was superb, hotel and staff are wonderful, food is okay. Not terrible not outstanding but okay. We will definitely return.

Lovely 11 days away . Hassan cleaned our room every day to a very high standard and left lovely swans and flowers on our bed, plus some very funny arrangements towards the last days. Alaa was the only one who could make a cocktail, that is the only negative as I need a cocktail on holiday, training for all barman in cocktails would improve the experience. The pool man at the adult pool was great, friendly and kept the children out. The food was lovely, again an adult only restaurant made it lovely for people without children to have a relaxing meal, as the adult pool. The adult pool needed more sunbeds, the luxury ones, so people did not need to reserve them at 6am. The entertainment was above par, although at some points the dancing girls on podiums were a little raunchy for the children around, but once commented to management, they swiftly changed the girls. This is the first hotel that I’ve been asked by management my feedback and acted on them. This hotel, honestly will do anything it can to make your holiday enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t mention was reception staff are not very friendly, they made us and others feel like we were taking up their time. The hotel key kept declining entry although we kept it far from our phones, this was annoying. It is a lovely huge hotel with so much to offer couples and families. The beach requires beach shoes as has broken coral. Try a trip to Soho square and a adults night to Farsha. The beach is shallow to knee high and only a small section to swim in. They are hardly any marine life in this part, but you can walk down the jetty and snorkel in the deep, but unfortunately it was too rough during our time. It was a very relaxing hotel and very nice. Menna was lovely and helpful from Custer engagement.

We have had a fantastic stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach, and we wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding staff who made our holiday so enjoyable. Firstly, we would like to mention Ahmed, who cleaned our room. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was always respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We offered him tips on several occasions, but he was reluctant to accept them until we insisted, which says a lot about his character and professionalism. We would also like to recognise the Entertainment Manager, Nader. Although we didn't have any issues during our stay, he made it clear that if we needed anything, he would be there to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He works incredibly hard to ensure there is entertainment suitable for guests of all ages and is always polite, approachable, helpful, and very respectful. Nader is a real asset to the hotel, and the entire entertainment team are amazing. A special mention also goes to Abdo, the tall waiter at the main beach bar. We met him during our previous visit, and it was wonderful that he remembered my partner and made him feel so welcome. I have said before that he deserves a promotion, and I still believe that. The other staff working alongside him were also friendly, helpful, and polite. We would also like to thank the lovely lady who greeted guests at the entrance to the adults-only restaurant. We believe she has the same name as one of the Guest Relations team members and that it begins with the letter "M". She was always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time we arrived and when we left the restaurant. Her warm personality really stood out and always made us feel welcome. Finally, we would like to mention one of the waiters, whose name we believe is Mostafa (apologies if we have misspelled it). He was exceptionally helpful, always had a lovely smile, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to make guests happy and do the hotel proud. Overall, we rate Jaz Mirabel Beach as a true five-star hotel, and we will definitely be returning. While the facilities are excellent, it is the staff who truly make this hotel special. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Please ensure that every member of staff we have mentioned is made aware of how brilliant they are. They all deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide and are a real credit to Jaz Mirabel Beach. Thank you all for making our holiday so special—we can't wait to return.
