The hotel is amazing, great coral reef on the beach. The service is amazing so friendly team. You feel like building the fantastic relationship and you just want to be back.The Mohamed, Hisham and all team in restaurant are fantastic just excellent.The hotel got great pool and beach. Rooms are clean and housekeeping team will make your room tide everyday if you wish.The activities are fun too.The value for money is great. The spa Team give you great relaxing massage.Just to add if you want any additional activity just go down to the beach and ask for Shark or Abdul.Shark will find you great excursions on very good price and always ensure that your transport is on time for your trips.Abdule excellent in diving and you will have fantastic videos and memories. Once again Thank you for outstanding Holidays and we will be back again. Just to mention that was our 4 stay in this hotel and hope to be back again in Nov or Dec. Thanks again missing you all. I have just returned from an incredible stay at Parrotel Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell that everyone takes pride in their work and truly cares about the guests’ experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens, spotless swimming pools, a fantastic private beach, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. Everywhere you look is clean and well looked after. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Our room cleaner did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was spotless, well-stocked, and presented perfectly. His hard work did not go unnoticed, and he always greeted us with a smile.

One thing that really sets this hotel apart is its staff. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single person—from housekeeping and gardeners to waiters, bartenders, reception staff, maintenance teams, security, and management—works together with such professionalism and kindness. Every member of the team greeted us warmly every day, asked if we needed anything, and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Reda, the Reception Manager. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. From the very beginning, he made sure everything was perfect for us. He was professional, approachable, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely cared that we were enjoying our holiday. His exceptional customer service made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Staff like Reda are one of the main reasons people choose to return to a hotel.

Another person who deserves special recognition is Ahmed at the pool bar. He was simply amazing throughout our stay. No matter how busy the pool area was, he always served everyone with a smile, remembered our drinks, and made us feel welcome every single day. His positive attitude, friendly personality, and excellent service added so much to our holiday. He constantly checked that we had everything we needed and always went the extra mile to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying themselves.

The food throughout the resort was excellent, with plenty of variety every day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something fresh and delicious to choose from. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard to keep everything clean, organised, and well-stocked despite how busy it could get.

The entertainment team also deserves praise for keeping guests engaged with fun activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows. There was always something happening, but at the same time, the resort was peaceful enough for those wanting to simply relax.

One thing that impressed me most was the consistency of the service. Sometimes in large resorts you receive good service from a few members of staff, but here every single employee was polite, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely happy to help. That speaks volumes about how well this hotel is managed.

I would also like to thank the hotel management for creating such a wonderful environment. It’s clear that they have built a team that understands the importance of customer service, and it shows in every interaction throughout the resort.

If you’re thinking about visiting Sharm El Sheikh, I cannot recommend Parrotel Beach Resort highly enough. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family, or with friends, this hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
