I would like to thank the reception staff, Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Mahmoud, who were truly excellent. I would also like to thank Emad, the swimming pool staff member, and the housekeeping staff. To be fair, all the hotel employees provided wonderful service and treated guests in a very professional and friendly manner

Pickalbatros Laguna club
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the stay was the wide range of sports activities and entertainment available. There was always something fun to do, whether you wanted to stay active or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.
Amazing Stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Club & Laguna Vista
I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but my experience at Pickalbatros Laguna Club was truly special. Having full access to Pickalbatros Laguna Vista made the experience even better, with so many great facilities, restaurants, and activities to enjoy.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and outstanding quality every day. The cleanliness of both resorts was exceptional, and the atmosphere was always welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable.
What made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care, making me feel like I was among family and friends rather than at a hotel.
A special thank you to the entire restaurant team for their professionalism and excellent service. Special appreciation goes to Ibrahim and Hassan, who were outstanding throughout my stay. Their friendliness, respect, and dedication truly made a difference.
Thank you to everyone at Pickalbatros Laguna Club and Laguna Vista for an amazing holiday. I highly recommend these resorts and will definitely be coming back!

My experience has been wonderful. I came with my mum of 84 with dementia. The staff have gone above and restaurant Samir what can I say but wow you have helped us so much and I cant thankyou enough... Arafat you have made us laugh and treated us like royalty brilliant always smiling . Muhammad in restaurant amazing each and everyone of you cant thankyou enough.
The cleaner has been amazing our room spotless and the designs he make live them on our bed.
