A place where everything is possible
This Hotel has a special place in my heart. Every staff member makes our wish come true, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, food! Any need we have is easily resolved, you want to inow any information, they have a person for everything! With no complications they helped to make a reservation to take a taxi, and verify our comfort. Ahmed the desk manager is especially helpful and a good professional for resolving impossible missions. Be nice to them and they treat you 10x better

This was actually a great experience I had with my family I am really glad I came to this hotel it was really comfortable the staff is so friendly and the rooms are very clean and tidy and the beach is so beautiful I am really so happy to come here probably I will come here again thank u amarina
Super super terrible
I went there in 2022 and I had a good experience I went again this summer it was awful super terrible Very very very dirty , the staff got changed to unprofessional ones ,the aren’t even wearing their uniforms ,the food is super bad ,unclean and terrible There wasn’t soup for lunch , the restaurant tables were full of leftovers , there was dust and cigarette butts all over the floors , the most humorous thing ever was when I asked for soda and the bar man told me that they no longer offer soft drinks they only offer nectars like what is this?😂😂

Horrible experience the place is overcrowded unclean and noisy Restaurant is so bad Unprofessional management The worst place i have been visited in sharm el sheikh You can stay in better choices with the same price
A very bad trip
Very bad service and very bad food, there is no security, the Resturant was not clean, Rooms also not clean, it was A very bad trip I spend all my money for nothing the most bad trip in my life i didn’t go place like this ever, to much drunk people and uncontrollable.
