Brilliant
Service was fantastic across the resort. The cleaning service for the rooms was superb. We would come home to spotless rooms daily. Muhammad was our cleaner and he was really professional and created origami with towels daily to keep everything fun.

Great hotel and second time here
This is our second time at this hotel in a year. We upgraded to the swim up room in club romance and the room itself was a lot better. We were very looked after by our housekeeper Ahmed who provided fun creative towel animals every day we came back to our room after enjoying the pool. The food at the beach main restaurant included in the upgrade was a lot better amazing food and all round a better service. Now where do I start about the Aqua Pool staff where we spent most of our holiday. Maher is an amazing asset to you hotel, he made our holiday so special and nothing was too much for him, he was an absolute gentlemen and for a second time gave us a great holiday experience, he deserve so much praise. Hussain the bar attendee at the pool bar was amazing he made sure we were hydrated and looked after us throughout our pool days, such a lovely young man. All round all the staff were amazing and deserve a lot of praise for the way they treat us and make everyone feel welcomed. The pool and beach parties were excellent and great fun. I would definitely recommend the upgrade wrist bands for the food. We are returning for a third holiday to this hotel in October.
