Visited December 2023- great staff, great buffets, great food. Not great Wi-Fi, not great bedding. We booked two rooms but when we arrived it was just one

What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every part of our experience exceeded our expectations.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated. The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome.
One of the first things that struck us was how stunning the hotel is. Every corner is beautifully designed, with immaculate gardens, lush landscaping, and incredible attention to detail. Everywhere you look is aesthetically pleasing and perfectly maintained, making it such a peaceful place to relax.
The food deserves a special mention as well. Whether it was the buffet or the à la carte restaurants, every meal was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. We were consistently impressed by the quality across the entire resort.
The amenities, the location, the breathtaking views, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were all outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where everything comes together perfectly.
We’d also like to recognize some truly exceptional team members who made our stay even more memorable. Habiba from the Kids Club has the most beautiful energy and such a genuinely kind soul. The love, warmth, and care she showed our daughter meant so much to our family, and she made our little girl so excited to visit the Kids Club every day. Amr at Reception was welcoming and professional, Daria from Guest Relations was wonderful and attentive, Shadi, our housekeeper, kept our room immaculate every single day, and Sam from the animation and entertainment team always brought such fun, positive energy. Although we didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, every bartender, waiter, and member of staff we interacted with was fantastic. The hospitality across the entire hotel was truly exceptional.
We are so impressed by the quality of this resort and everything it has to offer. It’s clear that so much care goes into creating such a memorable experience for guests.
Thank you for giving our family such a wonderful holiday. We left with amazing memories and will absolutely be back.

Vacation in Seagate
Its our 5th time in Seagate. Vacation was wonderful. Thanks to everyone srating from reception, especially Muhammed Dabaka for presenting us wonderful 108 square room. We'll be back again.
